The hotel facilities have some problems. The iron chain lock of the room door I stayed in had problems and could not be locked. The bathtub plug could not stop the water. The water ran out while I was soaking in it. I was surprised that it got colder and colder. The hotel hygiene was also average. Close to Senso-ji (15min walk) and Asakusa. 15min to Ueno station. Ginza line is 5min walk away. Cleaning every 3 days. Value for money. Would stay again. (View from our room 903 - 9th floor.)

It's a great hotel that's really well situated close to Ueno park. I've stayed here more than once and would do again in future if I were in Tokyo

The air conditioning is hot and cold
After cleaning the room, they threw a towel that was obviously used for cleaning, which had holes in it, into our suitcase. Because we didn't close the suitcase, we were really upset when we returned to the hotel and saw a dirty towel on our clothes. There was a lot of dust in the air conditioner and on the bedside.
