好處：
- 前台服務員態度非常好，雖然英文水準不佳，但還是會盡量協助顧客
- 地理位置近車站，步行大概5分鐘。酒店位置在民居
附近，晚間時候非常安靜
- 房間大小足夠打開行李箱，但廁所面積較少，對女生來說還好，男生就非常壓迫
壞處：
- 1層四戶，某些高樓層房間可以看到附近的墳場
- 衛生程度一般，冷氣機及床單角落會有灰塵
- 廁所會有不明氣味間斷傳出
- 洗衣機及乾衣機只有一部，倘若有客人使用中需要等半個鐘至兩小時不等，而且乾衣功能不足，洗完需烘乾的衣服會有發霉的味道（試了兩次）

電視打不開，空調長時間用會滴水，wifi信號太弱，但樓層非常安靜，沒聽到一點其他客人的吵鬧，沒有太多要求的話挺好的，光安靜這一點就加大分了

It was a nice location, close to the Ginza line. Not the cleanest, but ok for the price. The staff were really nice and we were allowed to check in earlier. Great.
