New Hotels in Tokyo

"The price was excellent, and the hotel is super convenient with Nishi-Kasai Station right at the entrance. There are izakayas, coffee shops, and convenience stores nearby. The front desk service was also great; there was an older gentleman who was happy to chat with me in Chinese, which is very rare in Japan, so that was a big plus! The attached picture (image 3) shows the nearest smoking area, which is quite important to know."

"The hotel offers excellent amenities, including convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. The bathrooms are well-equipped, and the lobby is very relaxing. The fully self-service check-in feature is very advanced, and I suggest all hostels in Taiwan adopt this approach. Overall, this hostel exceeded my expectations and is a perfect experience. I look forward to staying there again."

"The room was spacious, and the layout of the facilities matched the price. Compared to other similarly priced hotels in Tokyo, it was new! I especially wanted to emphasize that there were Chinese-speaking staff at both check-in and check-out. This was the only hotel on this trip to Tokyo that lived up to the description. The previous Ritz-Carlton was labeled as having Chinese service, but it didn't actually have one, so full marks! I'll definitely consider staying here next time I travel. 😄"

"Hotel provides amenities. There is gym, lounge area to have your meals or just chill around. Smoking area at the lobby. Hotel is oppositie Parco. Room is very small. Having a toddler is hard in the room. But it's very clean. It's slightly up slope from the metro station."

"Hotel fairly convenient for Shimbashi station. Google maps can get a bit confused about the route from the station because of all of the tall buildings. Should take about 5/6 mins walk. Hotel new, modern and clean. Check in is done via a machine. It took a few goes as it wouldn’t create the keys. Because of that you don’t really get a personal service. Had to ask about breakfast to ensure it was included and check the opening times. Room is small. I knew that going into it. Nowhere to put a large case. We had two large and two small and it was a case of constantly stepping over cases. If you are only staying a couple of days then it’s fine. I wouldn’t do it for any longer. Room very modern. Bed was electric and could rise and fall depending on needs. I don’t really like rooms where you don’t have a separate wash basin / toilet and shower so that is another mark down in rating. We didn’t realise until the second day that we had not been given the amenities. As on the second day toothbrushes and slippers appeared. You generally get these in all hotels. Air con was either too powerful or the room was too hot. There was no comfortable middle ground. Check out wouldn’t work on the automated machine, the staff made us try again even though it wouldn’t work. Overall it was nice to have a modern and clean room but I really prefer more space. And a more personal service"

"The room has a stovetop and microwave, perfect for making simple meals! There's also a washing machine with dryer, but it doesn't dry anything! The apartment is located on a hillside, so it's a tiring walk uphill every day just to get to the room. It's also not far from the subway station, so transportation is very convenient!"

"Great amenities and apartment space, especially their beds, washer and dryer. Though the walk from Gotanda station was tiring, given that my group was lugging heavy luggages. It was much easier to alight at Osakihirokoji station rather than Gotanda station. The final check-in process at the apartment door was annoying since the Ipad was placed way too high for myself to be properly verified for the access code."

"The room is quite spacious, and feels like a homestay. It has all the pots and pans. It is clean and quiet overall. The surrounding area is purely residential, so it is not very convenient. There is a Zhongbai Lawson three intersections away, but the 711 is quite far away."
