A good clean hotel to stay, comfortable beds, subway stations nearby and pleasant neighborhood.

Hard to communicate with the reception as they dont speak english

Everything is good except, the only part whereby the hotel is on centralised heater mode for my whole 4 nights stay with no portable fans(or any other alternative) provided. It’s quite humid and all you can do just rely on the window and natural winds. I would appreciate if the hotel could specifically state this at their site on the centralised aircond mode for our consideration. I personally feel is unsafe to leave the window open wide big at night if you are a female sole traveller, anyone could easily climb through and enter your room via that BIG sliding window.

It is easy to reach this hotel via Haneda Airport subway line. It is located close to Akihabara station, an excellent area for shopping. Friendly and attentive staff; small room but tidy and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The breakfast is delicious. A great value for money!

Hotel is good and convenient. Breakfast gets boring as it's the same thing everyday. Clean environment.

The hotel has a little distance from the station, but the room were nice and felt new. everything were so far so good.

It is especially friendly to girls traveling alone. The hotel is very convenient. There are subways all around. There is a FamilyMart downstairs. It is also very clean. Someone cleans it every day. I will choose it again next time I go to Tokyo.

The room is relatively small, but in Tokyo, at this location and at this price, what else can you ask for? It was not the check-in time yet, so I went to store my luggage in advance. The pretty sister at the front desk was very gentle and could speak Chinese. I returned to the hotel to check in at twelve o'clock in the evening. I rang the bell and told the front desk guy that I wanted to check in and he opened the door. The room was not big, enough for one person! Clean and hygienic! The faucet is for drinking water ~ there is also a small refrigerator ~ the room card is very ceremonial! Very close to the tram station and subway station! Great value for money...!

How should I describe the hotel we stayed at on our last night in Japan? When I looked at the map in China, it seemed like this hotel was very close to the city center. In fact, its address is very awkward. It’s not far from anywhere, but it also feels a bit far when you get there. The hotel is relatively small. I lived near Disneyland before, so I thought the price of this hotel was close to the center of Tokyo. In fact, it feels a bit expensive for this size. The service is OK. The sister at the front desk speaks good English and has a good attitude. There are two convenience stores nearby, including a Matsuya. It's also OK to go to Ginza, Shibuya and other places. We walked to Akihabara and Sensō-ji Temple. Overall, I would rate this place higher if the price was a little cheaper. (This is a two-star hotel, but Ctrip seems to label it as a three-star hotel?)

It's old and small, but the location is good, so I think it makes up for that. I stayed here for three nights. This was my first time staying here, and on the first day I entered the room and looked into the bathtub, and there was a ** in it, which made me feel uncomfortable. The bathtub was white, so it was obvious at a glance, and it was disappointing that I couldn't trust the cleaning. On the first night I turned on the refrigerator and put in a drink that needed to be refrigerated, and on the second morning I went out, and when I came back to my room at night and tried to drink it, the refrigerator was turned off and it was at room temperature. I called the front desk, and they said that if you remove the key card, all electrical equipment will be turned off. I've stayed at hotels of the same rank many times, but I've never encountered this specification with the refrigerator, and there were no particular warnings written on the refrigerator. The person I spoke to on the phone didn't seem apologetic, and just casually told me that the power would be turned off, which made me feel more suspicious.

The hotel is located in a high position, not far from the subway station. The hotel room has some smell.
