The hotel is clean, located near tourist attractions, and close to convenience stores and other restaurants. I really like it.

Location is very close to the station. Safe even very late night and easy to go anywhere. Coffee in lobby is amazing not only because it’s free but also tasty, great helpful even life saving for long hour travellers. Staff are friendly and helpful. Indoor smoking space is handy. Everyone loves hot spring yeah

We stayed in bunk bed room. It was fun but very small. We’re like in train cabin haha. But we liked the hotel and onsen. Onsen needs some cleaning. The location of the hotel was good. We liked the most was the breakfast !!!! Walking distance to Asakusa temple. Of course we loved free drinks in the lobby. Overall we liked this hotel.

Hotel is easily accessible to nearby train stations and convenience stores are located just walking distance. Housekeeping attendants are very hardworking, supplying clean towels and drinking water everyday without fail. Additionally, this hotel provides coin serviced washer/dryer at the lobby, which is super convenient for travellers to have clean clothes to wear.  Thank u Tosei, will be back next time.

The hotel is decent, just few stations away from the bustling stations. The room is small but can properly fit 2 people. Housekeeping can be improved. But overall, it’s a nice place to stay. Also Katou from the restaurant is outstanding, served us very jolly and friendly which made us comfortable!

Great location, tiny room but ok for sleeping only. The public bath in L2 is great and give you way to relax. You don’t necessary to pick hotel breakfast but unfortunately it’s the only one opened nearby other than family mart or supermarket. Overall ok if you don’t like your noisy place AC is bit noisy but I didn’t complain, for just a short stay

We booked 5rooms for 6nights stay at this hotel. Room is small but is ok for us to sleep. Overall I’ll give five stars for the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Provided Hot&cold coffee/cocoa at the lobby is a bonus. We love this hotel location because there’s 7-11, family mart and Lawson nearby. Walking distance to Sensoji Temple.

This chain hotel is clean and convenient to metro station..but room is quite small as normal hotel in Tokyo..I recommend this chain hotel

Close to Kuramae train station elevator exit. Less than 5 min walk. Got to choose extra pillows custom to preference. Very nice to have free drinks like ice chocolate or coffee with lotus bicoff as a sweet treat. There is even a public bathand staff replenishes bath towels and robes and 2 bottles of water everyday.

The hotel is in very convenient location, just cross the road and you can reach the metro station. Absolutely love my time at this hotel, especially it got a bath for the hotel guests, it helped me ease the tiredness after a full day out.

We're very enjoyable with the stayed here 5 nights. There are direct train from Narita airport to Kuramae station or Asakusa station which within 10mins walk to hotel. The room is consider spacious that can opened fully the large size suitcase. Just the bathroom a bit small but not a problem. There is public bath at level 2, that's a bonus. Many convenient stores & F&B nearby. Walking distance to Asakusa temple. Important, the staffs so friendly and helpful. They speak well English and no communication problems.

Staff is very friendly and room was okay. Apart from the size everything was perfect. Location is good near to subway. And nearby alot of eateries. Its also walks away from sumida river which is very cooling and nice. And best part is straight line to narita or haneda airport

The hotel is conveniently located just a 12-minute walk from Senso-ji. The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly. It’s also easy to reach popular spots like Akihabara and Ginza. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
