The rooms are large by London standard. Clean. Excellent location. Near to underground and DLR. But property a little aged. Shower on bath tub is dangerous especially for elderly.

Very clean and good size room, unlike other hotels in central London. Would definitely stay again if I travel to Central London. Location is brilliant as accessible through tube and Elizabeth line.

Great hotel, The room was clean and spacious The only downside is the onsite parking only has around 25 spaces and you can’t book online you just have to turn up and hope for the best. Despite this the man at the concierge desk gave us an alternative parking address which was only 4 minutes walk from the hotel

Extremely limited parking for the size of the hotel. Expensive parking where available nearby and you will pay a fortune each time you exit the parking. Very good breakfast.

Location and service are quite good, stay there for few nights and enjoyed a lot.

Wonderful staff and hotel, everything to good standard

The staff was very welcoming, friendly, helpful & courteous. The hotel was easy to find and within close proximity of restaurants & bars. The room was spacious and well kept, bathroom was clean as well. I would definitely book this hotel again & recommend it to anyone. Had breakfast on property once and that was great as well.

Staff were very friendly, rooms nice and big and clean. Great location, only 5 min walk to tube and lots of bars and restaurants near by.

Great hotel well located for canary wharf warm welcome on arrival receptionist Kamila was lovely and we made her laugh.she gave us complimentary Prosecco as it was my partner's birthday that day Our room was spacious and clean The breakfast was lovely.A large choice of all different breakfast options.
