Good location to many attractions. However the bell service is really bad. The answer to the request of borrowing umbrella during rainy day is "No. It's your own responsibility". Have never mer thus kind of rude service in a hotel.

Not a good place to stay other than location being near Union Square! There was NO WATER in the room, NO KETTLE, NO FRIDGE OR MICROWAVE… man… when we asked the staff, she said ‘oh you have to be a Hilton member to get free wifi and two bottles of water’ gosh…

Not far from metro and in Chinatown. The area is a bit dodgy at night though. Window curtains were quite dirty. But the bed is very comfortable and the view is great. I would stay again
