Location is wonderful. No issues with the apartment. All facilities plus a beautiful restful sleep - once I actually got inside! Access to the apartment is difficult. Outer door to the building works easily, the key code to the actual apartment apparently has pressure issues and sometimes it would take me 10 or more attempts to get in. This meant that often whilst out I’d be thinking about if I’d ACTUALLY manage to get back into the apartment.
After my first attempt which took me 40 minutes to get in I messaged the company and that’s how I found out about the “pressure” issues. No alternative suggestion was given. As such, it’s too much bother to consider staying here again when you’re constantly distracted by where you’re going to sleep in the event you don’t get access at midnight. The company know about this judging by previous reviews & my message interaction but as it doesn’t affect them nothing “appears” to be done.

Leider war ich nicht ganz so begeistert von der Unterkunft. Zum einen ging die Tür nur ganz schwer auf. Es ging soweit dass ich nach einen langen Tag die Tür gar nicht mehr aufbekam. Obwohl das Passwort ständig richtig eingegeben wurde war es mir nicht möglich die Schlüssel aus der Box herauszuholen. Nach 1,5 Stunden war es mir dann möglich die Zweitschlüssel aus dem Briefkasten raus zu holen. Der Teppichboden müsste auch langsam erneuert werden. Auf diesen waren braune Flecken vorzufinden. Ein weiter Punkt ist die Hygiene. Das Bett und die Decke waren noch voll mit Haaren von dem vorherigen Kunden der die Unterkunft besucht hatte. Der Wasserkocher muss ebenfalls ausgetauscht werden, dieser ist komplett verdreckt. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

대부분 괜찮고요 자유롭고 좋아요 바닥이 조금 더럽지만 뭐 괜찮습니다 요리 해서 먹는 장소도 있고요 좋아요 방이 좀 춥지만 일본의 특성입니다 그리고 천장에서 물 떨어지는 소리가 나요
음 그리고 침대가 나무 판자위에 그냥 이불 깔아놔서 허리 아프신 분들은 참고 하시고요 방음은 낮은수준이고 침대 작아요 그리고 시부야랑 걸어서 10분 정도 입니다 주변 마트도 많아요 생각보다 내부공간 크고요 시부야 호텔 신주쿠 쪽 보다는 커요
수건이랑 이런건 리필 안해줍니다 가지고 오세요 청소도 해주는거 없습니다 그리고 침은 그냥 1층에 복도에 보관하시면 됩니다 만약에 일찍오시면요
