"Unpleasant stay conditions. The air conditioning was broken and they couldn't get it to work properly during extremely hot weather (30°C) during our 3-night stay. Cleanliness was very limited with unpleasant odors. The premises were dilapidated. Breakfast was of satisfactory quality and the location was good. The staff was helpful but lacking in resources. Breakfast was promised as an extra in the room at 5:00 a.m. on the day of departure, but never arrived. What a shame for such a beautiful hotel in the past."
