3320336****Service: It took more than an hour to check in at the front desk. I couldn't find the order. The manager came over and didn't ask about the situation. He got angry with me and asked me to leave. He said that I didn't respect them and wouldn't let me stay even if I paid. This was the first time I encountered this. Such unreasonable service staff. I just asked, I have been waiting for an hour, how long will it take for you to handle it.

HHOSEINI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Andalucia Hotel, and I must say, I was pleasant by staffs because staffs were more friendly then last vsit.
The Andalucia Hotel's charm and elegance remain unmatched, with its stunning décor, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities.
Overall, my experience at the Andalucia Hotel was truly delightful, Thank you front desk team they really do good job. Especially khaustha ( maybe i spell wrong ) & ikram and ayyoub is was always their and help me out i will go back soon again surely.
Apart from restaurant staffs seems bit shy and not much attentive, and some few things which i don’t like was thier as well but few things can’t compare the good part. I hope my next day will be perfect.
