This is second time we stayed in this hotel, which is 2 days apart from the previous one. This time, the hotel has improved compared to my previous visit, probably listened to my review.
My room has a fridge, the lift is indicating which floor it stops at, and both lifts working compared to previous visit. WiFi got automatically connected as I was there few days ago. The front desk also offered free breakfast. There aren’t much variety.
Overall experience is a lot more positive compared to previous.

A super bad experience with this hotel.
The hotel cannot on the aircon because they claimed that the weather is cold outside. However the room was stuffy and hot because there was no winds. Besides , you need to close the curtain due to early sunrise at 5am. Is the first time I have experience a hotel that refused to on the central aircon for customers and insist I use the fan they provide when I complaint that the room is too stuffy and hot to sleep . Room temperature at 30 degree.
Front reception is unprofessional and rude.
Breakfast is lousy . There is no coffee provided and I found out that the coffee machine has not been working for weeks.
Non smoking room , but the room smell of cigarette and towel also smell of cigarette.
Never book this hotel.

First I choose hotel because of its location near the railway station. But all the trains arrive now to other railway’s station. 😀 hotel has good facilities, delicious breakfast with good choice both western and Chinese food. Very comfortable rooms, warm. Thanks to personal for providing free breakfast.

Very nice room, wonderful shower!
Breakfast okay. Coffee okay.
City centre with beautiful shopping street and restaurants 10 minutes by taxi.
Good value for the money.

WiFi was not available for foreign phone numbers. System didi not work. So, no WiFi access. Poor service.

It's quite high-end and the hotel is nice, but the room buttons are not very sensitive. I also remembered to check out at two o'clock, but ended up checking out at 12 o'clock. Fortunately, the front desk solved the problem. I hope I can pay attention to it in the future.
