During my recent stay at the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel in an executive suite, I experienced unparalleled luxury and comfort that transformed my visit into an enchanting retreat. One of the highlights of the suite was the access to the Executive Lounge. The atmosphere was both sophisticated and relaxed, offering complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails with a selection of delicious hors d'oeuvres. It was a lovely way to mingle with fellow guests while enjoying breathtaking sunset views! The attentive lounge staff went above and beyond, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. In addition to the suite’s luxurious accommodations and the Executive Lounge, the hotel’s facilities were top-notch. I enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool and a revitalizing workout at the fitness center. The variety of dining options available on-site, including an exquisite Chinese restaurant, allowed me to indulge in both local flavors and international cuisine. The Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the vibrant city. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel offers a unique blend of comfort, elegance, and exceptional service. I left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return, having experienced a perfect blend of relaxation and exploration. I wholeheartedly recommend staying in the executive suite for an unforgettable Taipei experience!

We reached there around 9am and the front desk let us park our luggage while waiting for check in time. Everything went smoothly. The hotel in between ximen mrt station n Ntu mrt station ( more nearer to ntu station) the place is well maintained n clean. And they hotel do provide breakfast ( need to add on about SGD 8.60 ) doesn’t have much choice but still good to those who lazy want to explore out just to get an breakfast. The hotel also provide self service laundry service (wash & dry ) about (150TWD) if im not wrong. The place is walkable and the hotel is quite spacious. It just dont have bidet and those who stay longer the room service is every 3 days. Thank you for the amazing experience.

Hotel is newly opened, less than a year. The deluxe family room is tastefully designed, very spacious. Minibar is well stocked. 😊 The built-in hot spring tub is also nice. It was a very short stay for us. We didn’t even get to try the breakfast as we had to catch our flight early in the morning. But it was a pleasant one. I wish we had another 2 days to explore Beitou better. If we are going to visit Beitou again, this is the hotel we will come back to.

One of the best things about our Taipei trip is this hotel. The neighborhood is so so beautiful and not crowded. There’s a park and night market right in front. There are also multiple good restaurants, cafes, shops, and convenience stores nearby. The neighborhood is so beautiful that you wouldn’t mind the 5 minute walk to the MRT stations and bus stops. The room has everything you need, it’s clean, there’s a closet, there’s a refrigerator, and the view from the nook is good. The only thing I noticed is the lack of bidet in the bathroom, and our shower area floods because it drains quite slowly. But overall, we had really great experience and we’ll come back here if ever we visit Taipei again.

Very beautifully designed Japanese themed hotel. Very good hot spring bath facilities. Very good breakfast. Staff good service and friendly. Highly recommended.

This hotel was simple amazing and I think the highlight was the bathroom as it had a nice bathtub and the most sophisticated shower system that I’ve seen at a hotel. It was simple so amazing to be able to stay here . The staff were super helpful and very nice

Very good hotel for hot spring inside the room, where you can enjoy the mountain view and away from the city. There is shuttle bus from the station which is convenience. The room is very big and spacious. If you are looking for a relax hot spring holiday I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast is included and the food has many choice from traditional ********* food to western style breakfast.

The mountain scenery is beautiful, and the real sulfur smell of hot springs, the room space is large, there is no TV, the hotel said to give guests more time to enjoy nature, overall good!
