The staff are friendly, and the hotel offers free underground parking. The room is spacious with two large, comfortable beds, plus two bathrooms—one with a bathtub. However, you’ll need to keep the curtain down since the room faces another building directly. Some small inconveniences: no hand soap or towels at the wash basin unless requested, and the toilet paper in one bathroom is awkwardly placed. There’s also no power outlet near the beds, and despite booking for three people, only two coffee packs were provided each day. The facilities feel a little dated as well. On the plus side, there’s a convenience store right next to the hotel, though the nearest MRT station is over a kilometer away. Overall, it’s a decent stay, and I’d recommend it to friends visiting Taichung

Absolutely dreadful.... The very first night, upon check-in, before I even fully stepped into the room, I opened the door to find a pile of nail clippings on the table... Unbelievable! The bedsheets even had holes in them... Was this room *ever* cleaned? The next morning, I immediately went to the front desk to report the items on the table and requested they be cleared. The staff assured me it would be taken care of... but when I returned to the room that evening and opened the door, I was stunned. Nothing had been tidied up at all; the exact same items from the previous day were still sitting on the table. I even had to go back to the front desk myself to get a trash bag to collect all the rubbish. We were told to bag the trash, leave it outside the door, and call the front desk for pickup... And guess what? That trash bag remained untouched outside our door until we checked out the next day! Parking? Don't even get me started... All the online reviews already mention it, so I won't elaborate further! All these experiences were extremely poor. It's advertised as a five-star hotel, but the actual experience felt nothing like it. It was absolutely terrible. I will neither stay here again nor recommend it to anyone! Utterly disappointing.

Room wifi is not available. The used glasses and cups are not cleaned/replaced at all and we have to clean it ourselves. Too few sockets in a room for four people. The door handle of the door opening to balcony is broken. Indoor ventilation is poor. TV in the room is also not working. But the room is quite spacious and it's good that there're two toilets in the room so that we don't have to queue for toilet.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, but the Wi-Fi was terrible – it was even worse than public Wi-Fi available outside.

An excellent travel experience.

The location is convenient. The shower head in the room was dirty, but I cleaned it with a toothbrush. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The air conditioner in the room had a slight musty smell. Everything else was generally fine. 👍🏻 There is parking available, and I found a spot if I arrived early, but it's a hassle if I don't have enough. There's no breakfast, and the room was strange. I arrived early and didn't sleep all night. The soundproofing is poor, and any noise from the neighbors upstairs is loud.
