Very nice room.

poor sound proofing, can hear ppl knocking next door. Someone vomited in the lift, can only do basic cleaning coz no cleaner on night shift. Poor hygiene and bad smell. Room is a little small & run down.

Super clean rooms and good location near 万达广场。 many restaurants near by.. good

Internet did not work well and breakfast not too many options. Other than that it was ok.

Old towels. Loose screws caught on clothing threads causing damage. Only 2 bottles of water for a family room with 3 guests.

It was a really lovely hotel , very accommodating staff , room was good . We had a good experience but our towels had holes in them . We didn’t bother to complain and made do . But this is something that hotel needs to take note of as it really is a wonderful place to stay

A top choice for family trips! Choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision when traveling with children and elders. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we felt safe letting our kids crawl around on the floor. Convenient parking was a huge plus for a family with lots of luggage. After a tiring day of sightseeing, we sent our dirty clothes to the laundry service, and received freshly clean and smelling clothes the next day – so comforting! The staff were all very patient; thumbs up!

We stayed at Home Inn Business Hotel during our family trip, and its excellent laundry service and parking made our journey much more convenient and comfortable. The hotel's laundry service was a lifesaver for families traveling together. The laundry room was spacious and well-laid out, with several washing machines and dryers operating simultaneously, so there was no need to worry about waiting in line. Moreover, considering the diverse laundry needs of families, it also provided washing machines of different sizes. My children have a lot of clothes, and the large-capacity washing machine was able to wash them all at once. The laundry room also had a children's play area, where the kids could play while waiting for their clothes to be washed, preventing them from getting bored. The washed clothes were clean, soft, and had a light lavender scent, which was very pleasant. Parking is crucial for those of us traveling by car, and Home Inn Business Hotel excelled in this aspect. The hotel has a large open-air parking lot with ample spaces, ensuring there are always parking spots available even during peak tourist season. Tall trees provide shade around the parking lot, preventing vehicles from getting uncomfortably hot even under the scorching sun. A smooth pedestrian walkway with streetlights runs from the parking lot to the hotel lobby, making it very safe to walk at night. Our family had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and we will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip.

Huang Zhe at the front desk was thoughtful and considerate. The location is very downtown, and the breakfast is complete. This Home Inn is very cost-effective. I will come to this store every time I come to Taicang. Moreover, many of the family rooms on the 3rd floor are old customers. It is worth repurchasing and recommending

這次入住太倉如家商旅酒店依然讓我感到非常滿意！酒店的地理位置真的很方便，出門就有各種美食和便利店，打車或者坐公交都很便捷。房間雖然不算特別大，但佈局合理，收拾得特別乾淨，床鋪柔軟舒適，讓我每天都能睡個好覺。工作人員的服務態度特別好，從前台到保潔阿姨都很熱情，有任何需求都能及時響應。酒店的隔音效果也不錯，晚上休息時基本聽不到外面的噪音。性價比真的超高，無論是出差還是旅行，這裏都是很棒的選擇！下次來太倉一定還會住這裏！
