Booked last minute but got really good price. Very clean and comfortable. Very though of hair styling products provided in room. Price under $50 AUD a night! close to metro and bus to everywhere.

Dongdaemun Hotel has a huge problem with parking, but this hotel has a huge parking lot, the room is super clean and cozy, and the staff is super friendly! What I regret the most is that I couldn't take a picture of the room because I had to meet a client urgently, and I'm so upset about it, ㅜㅜ I've been to many hotels near Dongdaemun, but this is the first hotel that is affordable, luxurious, and friendly like this one, and it solved my biggest worry about parking! I've booked this hotel from next time~^^

Bigger than normal rooms in Seoul. Although it is a CP hotel, it is pink and pretty good. The mattress is very comfortable. The price is OK. The surrounding area is quite livable.

The front desk is a Korean uncle. The service to foreigners is poor. I booked an expensive room but was given a cheap one. I don't want to change the room.

It felt like a love hotel, and overall it lacked cleanliness. There were almost no amenities, just water in the fridge, and even though there were two of us, there was only one bath towel. I asked the counter staff if they could provide two bath towels, but they said they could only provide one. The bathroom had a toilet and bathtub in the same room, and there was no curtain separating the bathroom and toilet, so the floor got wet and very humid when I took a bath. The place felt old overall, so I didn't have a very comfortable stay. However, there was a convenience store nearby, and the nearest station was about a 5-minute walk away, so I think the location was good.

The glass door to the bathroom/toilet was broken and did not close properly, and some of the towels had glue on them and some were torn. Although there was no information regarding parking at all when making a reservation, they originally told me that parking was not possible and that they should contact the place where I made the reservation directly. He said he was only doing it this time and was being generous. When I called because the room temperature was not controlled, they said they would manage the room temperature separately and would turn on the boiler as a courtesy. This is a motel with the name of the hotel written on it.

The environment is comfortable and worth going again. The customer service center is friendly. The location is in the city center, close to the subway, about 10 minutes' walk. There are also convenience stores nearby

The bed is very big and comfortable, just like the picture shows. The only drawback is that there is no lighting and the bathroom is a bit anti-tidal. The overall living experience is okay.

Awesome clean

I have booked 4 nights of the superior double room. However, the room I got is a standard room instead of the one that I booked and saw in my reservation. I asked the house host on the first night and they refused to give me the correct room and said that it was the mistake of the Agoda platform and that the room description is wrong. The attitude is suepr ride and they kept speaking in Korean with foul language and the male host pushed me out of the counter and said that I cannot stand in there (which they asked me to come in to check the detail in their computer). It is totally a very bad experience and it is totally not appropriate to touch and push me as due to different gender (I am a female and the host is a 40+ male). So I told Agoda to solve this issue but they kept using different CS colleagues to reply my email with different answer. Some of them said that they can refund (I have email record) and some of them didn't know what happened and kept asking me repeating questions. This is really annoying and I have handled this issue for over half of my trip and wasted me lots of time without any solution from Agoda nor the motel. This is not acceptable that either the hotel or Agoda are taking any responsibility. Both of them have charged me a price especially Agoda is charged me the difference of the hotel room, but no service or solution are from Agoda. I really don't know why I need to book via Agoda then as they didn't secured my booking and just having alignment with the hotel. I personally do not recommend to book this hotel or even using the Agoda as they are not helping at all for any issue when it is happening. Besides, the room is super dirty and so many scratches on the wall, broken floor and dusts everywhere. The toilet lights and TV also turn off suddenly at night and a women voice whispering over night. The room totally not clean and have ghost... The location of the hotel is really bad as well as it is surrounded by karaoke rooms and motels. So many needy and drunk men around the hotel and the streets to the hotel is super dark without any street light. Really do not recommend anyone to book this hotel unless you are okay to stay with ghost and bad attitude host.
