I had a very comfortable stay here for 1 night before leaving the country. The room was spacious with modern amenities. It's located about a 10-minute walk from Freedom Square and close to some good Georgian restaurants such as Daphna Cafe and Radio Cafe. The hotel staff was also very professional and helpful.

I am regularly for business in Tbilisi and stayed in a few hotels. So far I have never been dissapointed. This is my first time in the Pullmann and I like it. I like its spacious rooms, great shower and especially a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is very good and staff are friendly, helpfully and fast. Have not tried lunch and dinner yet but looking forward to it!
ibis Styles Tbilisi Center is perfectly located in the heart of Tbilisi, steps away from both - historical landmarks and modern attractions. The hotel's vibrant design blends contemporary style with Georgian cultural heritage, reflecting the bold colors and textures of the country's landscapes and folk art. Its centerpiece, a whimsical sheep art installation crafted from glowing lamps, sits in an amphitheater-style lobby inspired by Georgia's mountainous terrain, setting the stage for a memorable stay.

I happened to pass by and the hotel looked good, so I canceled my original reservation and stayed there. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant interior is luxurious.
The room was in good condition, but there was a bit of noise because it was close to the road. I went because they said the swimming pool was open until 12 o'clock.
I was a little taken aback when I heard that it would finish at 11:30 while I was using it. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

Had 2 stays here, one for 2 nights, and after visiting Kutaisi we spent another night here. The location was great, with easy access to Metro and bus station (#337 heads directly to airport). Holy Trinity Cathedral was around 5 minutes walk from the hotel, and other scenic spots is also within walk distance. Also noticed the guidebook in the room which provides useful information about the attractions nereby. Staffs here are always professional and ready to help, especially Giorgi, Lika and Miriam (sorry if I got her name wrong) who gave us a warm welcome and supported us during our stay here. Feel like being at home and really made me and my parents enjoyed our stay at Tbilisi. Would love to come back in the future!

The room was good, but the service was poor. There were a bunch of people standing in the lobby on the first floor, and they didn't understand anything when I asked them. The bank money exchange service in the hotel requires the father's name. I don't know why. There are money changers everywhere on the street, no questions asked.
Someone was having a party on the first floor of the hotel on Sunday night. I lived on the fourth floor. It was so noisy that it didn't end until one o'clock in the morning.
The location is pretty good, next to freedom square and the old city
The restaurant on the first floor is expensive and average
Overall the price/performance ratio is not high.
Overlooking the Mtkvari River, our hotel is close to Tbilisi’s top attractions, historic sites, and entertainment. We’re less than three kilometers from Narikala Fortress, Sulfur Baths, and Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. Theaters, museums, and shops are within easy reach, as well as city’s natural wonders, including the Leghvtakhevi Waterfall and National Botanic Garden.

I’m writing this review while I’m still at the hotel. This brand-new Garden Inn of the Hilton portfolio has blown me away! Right from the time of check-in, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Ana and Oto were at the check in desk at my later arrival and they completed check in formalities efficiently and smoothly while briefing me about the hotel and the things to do around. Both were so gracious and warm! In line with Hilton Diamond member benefits, I was offered an upgrade to an absolutely fantastic room on a higher floor, which had a balcony as large as the room. The views of the mountains, river, and the old city from the balcony are so mesmerizing! I would often run into Sophiya during my stay, who would always check on my well being and keep offering useful travel suggestions and tips! Breakfast offerings were limited yet wholesome and very enjoyable. Having some more variety would be a good touch. However, the food display and service at the restaurant was very good. Lastly, a special shout-out to Mariam at the front desk, who was again very helpful and warm and briefed me further on this brand new property. Thanks Mariam, for your help, and for being wonderful and offering a late check out! In my opinion, this Garden Inn property is way better than even some of the full-service Hilton properties I have stayed in! I’m super impressed and will definitely be staying here again!
The Tbilisi Marriott is an architectural landmark with a unique, circular design. But its century-old facade isn’t the only glimpse of the past on offer. This is a hotel with stories to tell. Step into the scene-stealing Great Room, the restored ceiling playing tribute to the hotel’s 1915 opening. Marble floors lead to the Parnas Cafe, where outdoor tables give front row seats onto Rustaveli Avenue. Enjoy in-house aged meats at Park Grill, or a nightcap at the Majestic Bar & Lounge. From deluxe to executive, junior to presidential, each of its 127 rooms and suites blends smooth modernity with Georgian style touches, for a truly boutique feel. Revitalise in the fitness centre. Relax in the Executive Lounge. Reconvene in the Ballroom. Or seek inspiration outside. The patio is a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city, while terraces and French balconies give a unique vantage point on the city.

I normally read reviews and go to hotels .Our expectations were little more for this hotel. First time went wrong with the reviews . From the first day we had issues which were never been fixed . We booked the hotel in advance but didn’t get what we booked for . To the front desk I asked they said they will do something as we stayed for 5 days but nobody fixed . We had a Lounge access but after 7pm there is not hot meal which was never mentioned. The Staffs in that Lounge are the best . Very accommodative & nice . Breakfast was just ok . In a 5* hotel the breakfast area staffs are just casual. Each day we ask for hot omelette but it never came and we have to go ourselves. On the last day the hotel manager or may be the supervisor was there while checkout . She asked how was our stay we explained to her but her reply was is it . Seriously is it a 5 * hotel . Only positive side is location. But paying so much and not getting the service is not worth. We went first time to Georgia but we had a real disappointment .

A wonderful new small hotel near the city center - Rustavel Avenue. I think it is wonderfully combined with location and convenience. Excellent spacious rooms with balconies. Since the hotel is in a dead end, it is quiet at night. Way-Fi works great. A spacious bathroom with a cosmetic set of Dove and toothbrushes. The room has a teapot and a plus bottle of drinking water every day. Breakfasts are above all praise: very rich, varied and at all tastes: three hot dishes for choice, cut, with three kinds of local cheese, creatures, vegetables and fruits. We had even a nut and a pine. The queen bakes a local cook as well as cooks a varena. Trying apple is something! A stunning team of young guys who do everything to make your rest comfortable. Young guys!!!

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the Old Town of Tbilisi. You can walk a few hundred meters to feel the old town style, and you can walk 100 meters to the sulfur baths. It is really convenient for travel; the room is large and the bedding is comfortable to sleep on. It's very comfortable, and the TV menu is in Chinese; the breakfast selection is good, and there's a restaurant bar on the rooftop, which is open until 2 o'clock. If you're tired, you can go upstairs for a drink. Considering the location, price and service, it is overall a good choice for traveling to Tbilisi.

EExplorer08877398010This hotel is just up the street from the Parliament Building and National Museum. It is closer to old Town (& Gallery Mall) than Rooms and Stamba Hotels on Rustaveli. Being up the hill, it is very quiet. The staff was terrific-helpful & knowledgeable, everyone at the front desk. The gym is solid. I did not use the pool & sauna, but they are there. I had lunch in the restaurant my first day, a good pasta. The restaurant has a nice outdoors area that sprays mist during hot days. The breakfast was solid, not great. Pastries were ok, & fruit was limited. I never looked at the menu (more dishes, probably inc eggs) but just went with the buffet. The room is large. AC is good. Shower is big, but it took a long time to get hot water & then a challenge to settle with comfortably warm water. A very good choice. I’d rate it similar to Rooms Hotel in price & service, though the lobby here is more functional than impressive. Oh, yes-WiFi here is solid.
GGuest UserI and my husband had a very nice stay in this hotel for about 5 nights. The breakfast was amazing, and the kitchen was serviced by great staff, especially Mariam and her colleague (sorry but I forgot his name) who greeted us every morning with a warm smile 😊… However, we had a small problem with the selected room upon arrival (supposed to be our standard room with a terrace). They checked us in in a very small room with a French balcony (which is basically just a window), and it was totally unacceptable for us. When we questioned the room selected for us, they showed us another room with a small balcony and facing the construction area in the back of the hotel. They advised that the superior room with a terrace and city view is occupied and we have to pay extra amount to have one with city view and a decent balcony instead. We had no option but to pay and stay! We are not sure who is playing the game of providing the wrong information about the hotel rooms here, the hotel’s staff or Agoda?! Perhaps both. Other than that, the stay was great. We were able to locate nearby groceries and restaurants to dine in for lunch or dinner (as the hotel provided only breakfast).
GGuest UserAbsolutely grand, quality and service is higher than the price. I spent a super Valentine's day in the sauna and with the pool + breakfast and all together a very positive hotel company. I'm very happy and I'll come back for sure.Everything I asked was done instantly. Thank you, beautiful Milena and beautiful Aram.
GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!
RRobertIf you want a taste of Georgia, this hotel may be just the place for you.
It’s located in an atmospheric old residential neighbourhood of twisty streets and steep climbs. If you know cities like Hong Kong, Istanbul or Belgrade, you’ll be familiar with this. You can walk it easily from the Central Railway Station. Otherwise the 368 bus will bring you most of the way.
The hotel is pleasantly decorated and has a large verandah with a nice view over the city for breakfast or an evening drink. In season, they have a mangal (a traditional barbecue) and live music in the evenings.
The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything I would expect including a small fridge and TV. A kettle, tea and coffee would also be nice.
For me the highlight was breakfast. It's a buffet of homely sweet and savoury Georgian dishes made freshly by the owner, including eggs, salads and traditional small, thick pancakes with sour cream.
If you’re looking for traditional hotel comforts you’ll find them here, with warmth and an authentic local twist.
MMohamad Mehyouthe hotel was good and clean , great location , but they need to have more smiley faces and hospitality .As i found lately that its not their own issue rather than the majority of Georgian Community issue , they have a lack of smile and mostly sulky i don't know why ?you can always sense the frustration in their faces and expressions ,and un friendly most of them don't understand any other language beside Georgian and Russian, especially the taxi drivers whom you cannot communicate with them even they can't read a google map ? i had several bad experiences in Georgia and will never repeat it , i don't recommend visiting Georgia if you are looking for entertainment , it was total disappointment and a waist of money . Watch it , there is lots of scams especially in the nightlife where it happened that i was looking for a restaurant to dine in and a lady came to me asking me if i'm looking for a nice restaurant , she took me to a club called crazy monkey where it turned to be a strip club which it was not in my intentions ? i went in and looked around and didn't like it at all and wanted to leave and the body guard stood by the door blocking me from going out and said that i have to pay 243 GEL almost 88 $ ?! i said for what i didn't even sit , he said that the minute you step in you have to pay a minimum charge which is the 243 GEL ? i had to pay because i didn't want to make troubles and left , also watch the taxi drivers i took once a taxi for trip less than 5 minutes and he asked for 40 GEL almost 15 $ ??? it is a total scam , then i asked the hotel about it they said that you should always negotiate the rate with the driver before your ride ???? since the taxis are not equipped with mile counters ? so be aware .
in a nutshell Great country and very nice views ,but needs a lot to improve especially in hospitality and Georgian Ministry of tourism needs to be more active and to be equipped with hotline number to report scams and claims ,i do not recommend visiting Georgia for tourism . they still need more efforts to improve .
This is cozy, very nice small hotel. All personal speak English, service is very friendly, a lot of useful and pleasant details, elevator. Location is good , central.Clean, room has everything what you need (bathrobe, sleepers, safe), bar, restaurant on 6th floor.Breakfast was served in a very comportable room, good quality, elegant decorated with very tasty sparkling rose. Thank you!
Very nice contemporary hotel, about 20 minutes walk into the centre of Tbilisi. Quieter location than in the centre of town. Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The carpet in the bedroom was stained and marked. (They said the carpets will be changed in a months time, hope so...), badly needed for this quality of hotel. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom floor gets soaking...... The hotel, is in general due for renovation. Apart from the shower and stained carpets a very comfortable stay.
RRelax31107131389I stayed 2 nights at this hotel as part of an Intrepid trip to Caucasus, therefore I did not choose this property myself. I had a really great room with a balcony - actually massive, with a huge bathroom and slept really well. Whilst there I also put quite a lot of laundry in on the 4-hour turnaround service, which although wasn't the cheapest, was worth it as we were tight on time - everything was returned perfectly to me. My only complaint about the room is that the location is on a busy main road on the edge of the centre, and therefore the balcony faced onto it, and was v noisy, so much so that I didn't hear my friend knocking on my door due to the traffic noise! Breakfast was a good spread and I enjoyed the bar area for quiet drinks in the evening - overall - recommended!
GGuest UserThe location is a little far from the center of Tbilisi, took 17 mins to get there. If you are a tourist you have to take taxi. But there also some places nearby where you can walk around. Its quiet coz its away from the crowd(which is good). The room is ok. They give replenishments everytime we asked to clean the room. But there are some stains in the towels. Staffs were helpful.
