房間蠻乾淨，別墅露台的房型很安靜（看不到湖哦），前台和禮賓小哥都很nice，接駁車隨叫隨到很方便，有個小哥哥看到我們小朋友睡著了還特意把車開得很慢，生怕吵醒了她。近水樓和望湖樓中餐廳的服務員小姐姐們對小朋友也特別友好。Ella回覆消息很及時，總能提供幫助。

萬聖節首次入住東太湖大酒店，選擇的是別墅區1樓庭院房。酒店環境優美，房間寬敞精緻，化粧台和衞生間錦上添花，附帶的小花園令人深感舒適愜意。
酒店私湯温泉水質乾淨，毗鄰太湖，置身其中心曠神怡。温泉區準備的羅漢果水，清甜潤肺，孩子很愛喝。
一對一管家 Ella 的服務是一大亮點。任何問題都秒回覆，為入住的客人提供了一流的賓至如歸的貼心體驗。

房間不錯，可惜看不到湖景。預訂了寵物友好房間，清潔費按房間收，還是比較合理的。酒店有劃分專門的幾棟樓用於寵物友好，這個理念很贊，早餐廳也有特定的寵物用餐區域。酒店很大，清晨湖畔遛狗，幾乎迷路，最後坐酒店的短駁車回到房間。客房服務也很主動，見朋友來訪，以為我們一間房會住三人，主動給添置了洗漱用品和飲用水。雖然用不上，也是很暖心。🙏

酒店的位置很好，就在東太湖畔，周邊景色優美。酒店之間會有接駁車，可以坐車到望湖樓下車，出門就可以欣賞太湖的秀麗風光，十分愜意。酒店管家也很貼心，Ella有任何需要都會幫助[嘿哈][嘿哈]周圍吃飯的地方不多，開車出去吃，或者可以叫外賣到樓下

帶父母和小朋友國慶長假來這裏躲清閑，對我這種拖家帶口，喜歡悠哉出行的人來説還比較合適。酒店辦理入住的時候給了很多活動時間表，但是實際體驗下來有趣味性的不算太多。
先説好的地方:
酒店客房在別墅區裏面，一層還有庭院，綠植茂密，環境優美，房間還有更衣間，面積尚可。
酒店早餐品種豐富，避開高峯期體驗還不錯。紅湯麪屬於特色，口味佳。
酒店服務比較到位，入住會添加管家微信，有事問管家回覆的也比較及時。本來以為酒店很大，實際上並沒有，很多地方走走就到了。但是酒店接駁車依然很及時的迎來送往，在暑氣尚濃的國慶，讓父母避免了太陽暴曬下的腳程，這個點贊。
酒店的泳池和温泉全家人玩還算開心，就是晚上温泉蚊子略多，還是白天去比較合適。
酒店的海岸落日下午茶和騎行比較推薦，酒店這一帶的景色蠻美的，人不多。坐着喝喝茶，打打牌，發發呆，都很合適。
不好的地方主要是酒店活動單項目很多，但是實際上有趣味性的不太多。酒店的小童樂園面積和設施都比較少，偏低幼。餵養小動物品種也不多。釣魚的地方暴曬了一個多小時都沒釣到。東太湖的音樂噴泉還行，見過太多比這個好看多的噴泉表演了，沒啥驚艷感覺。
整體來説，住宿滿意，如果能增加些趣味性更好。
