The hotel is located in an apartment building; our room was only on the 6th floor, so not very high up. The view was still nice. The accommodation was very spacious, with plenty of room, including a large bathroom and kitchen. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't work for foreign devices. The old town of Suzhou is a bit far away, but it's right in the Suzhou Industrial Park, the modern city. Overall, I can recommend the hotel.

Not ideal for non-Chinese travelers. Check in required WeChat and calling the owner to receive code for room entry. All done in Mandarin language. Shower pressure good. Washing machine a handy bonus. Room was grubby. Surfaces needed a good clean. Air con in main bedroom very noisy. No daily servicing of room.

Great hotel, very nice location. The staff are responsive of WeChat. The view was not of the lake but still nice. The room was cleaned every couple of days.

The stay was good. It is located in the centre of the city. Got 2 convenience stores downstairs and a Dong Bei restaurant behind the building. The staff is friendly and helpful all the time.

It's a self check in check out experience. Upon arriving the "hotel", you have to contact the hotel to check in, because the receptionist is not really in charge of the hotel but rather the apartment. I booked for 3days 2 night, the hotel doesn't come with room service, but it's still fine for me. But yea, it's more like a Airbnb than a hotel so take this I to consideration before booking. The scenery and elevator tho is quite nice, there's also convenience store nearby. Take note the nearest metro station doesn't have escalator going down (only going up), it might be a problem when you carrying big luggage.

Self checkin and checkout by WeChat with info and password for the door. Easy! Location and environment are very good. I reccomend it.
