小慧慧 is a very pleasant & helpful front desk. She answer all my query include late night enquiry & offer me a very good deal breakfast although I am last minutes booking. Will come back here again & is a good recommended to the traveler

Nice and strategic location. In front of the hotel theres way to go to the subway, near by theres alot of food and there’s convenience store. The room is super huge and clean. Down side is couldnt control the temperature properly, at some point it was too stuffy

The location of the hotel is convenient, the building just beside the hotel has a variety of choices of food, u might consider to skip the hotel breakfast. The room comes with the voice control function, my kids really enjoy it. The counter staff are friendly, welcome drinks were served and a bed with breakfast upgraded with member price at rmb50, really appreciated.

The hotel breakfast is good, although it is almost the same for everyday. Hotel location is near some attractions in SuZhou. Like 怡园，or 钵钵鸡 hahaha

Really nice hotel, room is spacious and comfortable, service is good. There’re free washing machine and dryer to wash and dry clothes. Convenient location near metro train station. Delicious breakfast

The hotel is in a convenient location as nearest metro station has another underground entrance just right in front of the hotel. The hotel is very new and clean. The room furnish/decoration is modern and minimalist. The hotel staffs at lobby were helpful as they served the customers hot tea while waiting for taxi as it was raining full day when we arrived. I like that the mirror has the feature for light adjustment.

A very nice place to stay with good service and friendly front staffs to address my concerns. Close to underground train and walking distance to GuanQian Street.

The hotel was nice enough to let us receive the room a couple of hours earlier without any additional fee. The room was clean and comfy (although sometimes you still can smell smoking from other guests), the hotel was located right next to Chayuanchang station (very easy to get to Tongli and Zhouzhuang ancient towns by subway) and streets with shopping malls and food stores, extremely convenient. The staffs cannot speaking English but very helpful to use translator and even order dinner for us. Will definitely stay there again if I visit Suzhou. Thanks again to all the staffs there for my wonderful experience.
