First room we got smelt really bad that we had to ask for a different room, second room had dirty pillow which we had to change , we asked for a spare blanket they didn’t have any , we asked for iron they didn’t have any. Very poorly equipped hotel with dirty small rooms, avoid it if you can

A very old hotel, but the rooms are clean. The location is near to the Esaka train station.

Its the best deal for a reasonable price range with excellent cleanliness and convenient location.

For breakfast, you move from the main building to the annex next door, where you are asked whether you want Japanese or Western food, and are assigned a seat depending on that. Only one drink is served for free. Tea and water are free to drink. If you have a suitcase, it is better to enter and exit the hotel from the front as there are no bumps or unevenness.

Worth the price Japanese-style room, shoes and slippers get caught wherever you put them in the shoe area, making it difficult to open the door. I wish there was a shoe cupboard next to it instead of a closet. The TV remote control sometimes worked and sometimes didn't... The duvet cover came off easily, the blankets were placed directly in the closet next to the room entrance, and amenities other than toothpaste were available at the front desk. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, and bath mats were provided. There was a washer and dryer in front of the annex, which was helpful. Breakfast was a Japanese set meal or a Western buffet. Parking is 1,000 yen a day for a private parking lot. If you go late, it's likely to be full. There are also two other parking lots nearby, which you can use for 24 hours for about 1,600 yen.

The room at first was very good and had no smell. Then they said that the air conditioner was broken and they had to change rooms. That room became very smelly.
