由於颱風取消了三亞之行，臨時定了柏悦酒店金雞湖之旅，酒店門衞很熱情，幫開門，拿行李，特別要説下前台，是我遇到最好的前台，態度和藹可親，處理事情果斷，説話簡明突出重點，酒店環境比較温馨，還有很多松柏和肥大錦鯉，房間設計很有特點，房門口還有蟈蟈籠子，房內過道和卧室之間還有一道門，這個設計很nice，房間乾淨，也很大，化粧鏡沒有固定，可以自由移動，這個很人性化，工作人員遇到客人基本會很有禮貌打招呼，泳池很大，乾淨，温馨提示需要戴泳帽哦，説下餐廳吧，早餐餐食比較精緻，品質很高，是半自助形式，酒店離開金雞湖也不遠，步行可到達。提點意見吧，作為國內黑珍珠一鑽的西州軒，竟然和早餐公用一個餐廳，入住四天三晚，第一天下樓用早餐，竟然一路沒看到早餐的指示牌，做個引導牌很難嗎？還有十月一日7點半用早餐，餐廳門口竟然沒有服務員，等了很久，才有個男生看到我們才過來引導入座，原來有個團隊，包含很多老外，不知道是不是人手不夠，三天用早餐，二天點了紅茶，都沒有上，一次提醒才上，最後一次我也懶的説，一直用餐完畢也沒見到我要的紅茶，但是，你們接待老外點的外帶咖啡倒是很熱情，處理事情很迅捷，説下客房吧，進門就看到一張紙條，寫的一些温馨的提示，並有人簽字，其實這種很多酒店都會有，這個很人性化，但是打掃房間時，可不可以順手把客人使用的各類化粧品護膚品理下，下面墊個毛巾，擺放整齊，這種服務很多酒店都會做，這個有點欠缺，不過我還是全打了滿分，希望柏悦越做越好，特別是餐廳。

位置很好，離蘇州之眼好近，旁邊就是金雞湖。。酒店和房間的裝修格調都很棒，因為謝霆鋒演唱會入住柏悦，平時香水一直用Le labo的檀香，一到蘇州就在蘇州中心買了Le labo33的洗髮水，入住的驚喜的發現酒店是全套的Le labo33的洗護，放下行李就美美的洗了個澡，酒店床品也很舒服，當天晚上看完演唱會會，一躺着入睡了。早餐也驚艷，半自助的形式，自助的很多早餐都很棒，單點的也都是當地特色的。。表揚下酒店賓客管家Elara，入住的時候就添加了微信，對我提出的需求都能很快的反應幫忙，身體不適了還很關心幫忙延遲退房，退房後還虛心詢問意見和建議，希望柏悦酒店越來越好，以後來蘇州希望能再次入住酒店，多謝這幾天的關照啦。。

生完孩子第一次帶寶寶出行，柏悦的服務真的沒得説，各方面都照顧的非常好，我們也基本不出酒店，把酒店的美食吃了個遍。此外酒店還贈送了旅拍，屹奇旅拍的小姐姐情緒價值給的很足，拍的也不錯。

大閘蟹季節來玩兒一天非常滿意
酒店從外觀到內部設計都很有品味 氣味也很舒適
錦鯉池裡的魚各個胖乎乎 很可愛
入住前提前聯繫了我詢問需求 也都按需提供了
工作人員服務態度都很好
早餐也很滿意 特別是烘焙類和自製的果醬 奶酪
能感受到是用心研製的
還有就是酒店大堂的花藝設計 很細節很好看
下次來蘇州還會選擇柏悦的

蘇州柏悦，中式高級感，現代東方美學，古韻與現代結合，整個酒店無論硬件，設計，觀感，服務都無可挑剔，有機會還要再去，沒來得及體驗泳池。早餐特別好，食物品質非常高級，單單水果就能體驗到品質，而且半自助服務態度特別好，單點都是有服務人員親子端送，非常滿意！

今天退房，特地來用心點評下。這次入住柏悦很滿意，一家人都很開心，我家先生説是精而美的酒店，服務細節很到位。也是我喜歡的蘇式風格的調調，提出的任何要求都能第一時間滿足，效率之高讓我驚喜。感謝貼心管家Elara全程給我們提供優質服務，可以説是每個工作人員都很用心服務。這樣的酒店讓客人感受到温暖，入住特別舒心。柏悦主打就是設計感，所以免不了我們一頓拍照輸出。晚上因為樓上有點噪音，導致我們不能入睡，打電話給客服，也是第一時間解決了。退房的時候還貼心為什麼準備了禮物驚喜，真的太用心。下次來蘇州還會二刷的酒店。因為很值得，早餐也很豐富精緻。
