當晚入住半小時就有了以下照片。立刻收拾行李離開，當天我們要求取消訂單😅商家就是不退，還説這就是正常現象。
定了兩晚衹肯退第二晚的70%，還是在我們的再三交涉下。我們住也沒住，大半夜的還在找其他酒店忙到凌晨一點，這麼多蟲子，還好意思收別人這麼多錢。牛。還是臉皮厚好

來蘇州木瀆朋友聚會，已經第三次入住溪潤園，很喜歡民俗裏的三進院子，蘇式園林古樸風雅，和住星際酒店是完全不同的體驗，下次會繼續入住

網上預訂的，看看圖片太有欺騙性，車剛到鎮上就感覺大環境很不好，小鎮張亂差，道路狹窄兩邊的商鋪也很雜亂。到了號稱園林酒店就更大跌眼鏡，裏面空間很小，房間的設施很簡陋，裝修品質也很差，完全不是網上出片的效果。我們就通過攜程與商家協商退房，老闆砍人太嚇人了，生生吃掉我們的訂單不退，還是平台商量後退一間房的房費，平台補助一點安慰了一下我受傷的心。這次是我在平台上訂房最失敗的一次，今後再也不相信私家客棧的照片，還是大酒店比較信賴。

環境：當時看到蘇州園林環境，又在古鎮邊上，比較古色古香，還是蠻喜歡的，所以訂了，木頭結構和有山有水比較潮濕，我是有心理準備的
服務：人還是挺好，還沒入住就加了微信，到了停車場會派泊車來接送，不過入住名宿門口車停不了，停車附近停車場還是收費的，20元一晚上
設施：基礎設施有，洗澡的啥，樓梯木質結構並不隔音，睡眠不好的需要有準備，整體古色古香有園林特色，但是房間抽紙巾沒有，馬桶也沒有一次性墊，門也是老式的，基礎吧不要期望太高
衞生：衞生説實話那麼多酒店和名宿我住過，這個估計沒有啥阿姨收還是人手不夠，茶台茶壺上個客户走後茶垢一直在，一看就是很久沒有清理，茶台哪裡也是很久沒做衞生感覺，屋裡一股黴味，床單也是臟的那種，洗過沒洗乾淨的感覺，插頭找了半天，牆角也是陳年污垢，老闆如果想長期做下去，這個必須需要改進真的，有點嚇人
附近古鎮白天有幾個景點還可以，夜晚很多店鋪估計除了節假日週末很早就關門了，與期待值不符，主要山塘街市中心去的太多了，所以這次去別處玩想體驗不一樣的感受，結果非常失望
一般我不太想寫差評，畢竟做生意都不容易，互相體諒，但是目前名宿和酒店市場如此內卷的今天，基礎設施衞生和服務不提高很難走的長遠，也期待越來越好

非常非常好的住宿體驗，在蘇式園林裏的民宿，離景區主路就拐個彎的距離，鬧中取靜，玩累了回來休息一下，再繼續逛。兩位管家特別熱情，就像家人一樣，感謝你們的熱情招待。下次來木瀆還住這裏。
