Conveniently located near the Gate of the east and metro station. Walking distance from苏州中心，a very fancy mall with lots of restaurants. Location wise it's great. The only downside is the laundry level looks rather creepy and almost no interior renovated.

Modern and clean room. Some small disappointment is a view that can’t see much thing even I’m on higher floor because it faced to the other side, while I booked this hotel with expectation to see Pants Tower. (Suzhou Center) The location is not very close to public transportation. I walked from metro, quite far. So when I return, I took Didi to train station instead. Surrounded with construction. So not sure when those construction will be completed in the future. Oh! And one worst thing is the air conditioning in autumn. Even though it’s cold outside the building, but in the room, without air conditioning and ventilation, it’s too hot and difficult to breathe. I asked for some help so I received a small fan that can help a bit. But still not comfortable to sleep. At least if I can open the window a bit, it will be much better. What I like most here is the lobby decoration that’s full of books. Breakfast is various and nice, too.

This is by far my favourite hotel to stay at when in Suzhou. I spent this weekend with my friends and it was wonderful as always. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast. The hotel is walking distance to Suzhou center mall and close proximity to other great areas to visit in Suzhou.

It is an wonderful hotel, everything is shining clean, the hotel staff 姗姗 is extremely friendly and helpful, I would come again next time visiting Suzhou

Clean hotel, the staffs are polite and friendly. When we need recommendations on places to visit or eat, they won’t hesitate to help.

The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything went good but we expect to have two rooms located at the same floor but they can not organize and our window inside the room is very small (we thought it should be one big window to see view outside.

Daisy did a wonderful job taking care of us. We had a wonderful time at the Mercure.

This is the best hotel I stayed during this trip. Surrounding areas quiet. But convenient to travel around. Metro Line 1 just next to hotel. Approx 15 min walk to metro station. But there 2 long flights of stairs. So those with large luggages better be careful. Better to take DiDi. Bathroom, toilet and wash areas are separated. There are self service laundry on 2 floors. Very useful. Room is spacious. Highly recommended 👍👍

Good clean hotel, friendly staff, good location close to many social places and restaurants

Location was not great, perhaps we should have researched that a little more as there was a different Mercure closer to the old town area that we wanted to visit. Hotel comfort is pretty basic, you can get a similar comfort level for a budget priced hotel. The service received from the manager was poor, there were 4 staff on and not busy but the manager could not be bothered to answer a simple question. The breakfast was a reasonable price and the fresh cooked noodles and dumplings were good.

Excellent staff. Very comfy beds. Bathroom good quality. Location is excellent in Suzhou near Jinji lake. Would stay again.
