I recently stayed at Ibis Vientiane Nam Phu and had an exceptional experience. The location is ideal, conveniently positioned close to key spots in Vientiane, making it easy to explore the city. Ibis was very centrally located and great for exploring. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms a bit on the smaller side, but were very clean good for the price.

Room are small but new and good location. Doing laundry in the hotel is very expensive

This is simply the best hotel I’ve ever booked on Trip. Trip often has disappointing hotels but this was a gem. Excellent rooms and courteous staff in a central location.

The hotel is an excellent location with excellent service staff. However amenities like toothbrush hair shampoo were not provided. Tourist attractions and eateries are close by. Overall a value for money stay.

The bed was soft and the aircon worked great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient. Would stay here again.

The room is tiny as other ibis does, 95% similar design. Have to ask for the amenities and they would provide me some like collecting from somewhere else. Though the power socket are universal, it is unable to anchor my plug into it with different type of adaptors. Similar thing happened when I started at bangkok ibis. The staff are friendly and helpful. But the hotel location seems not so close to the tourist area.
