Room is spacious, view is good, everything is fine except some smoker ruined the smell of the floor. Also the Bell boy stayed away inside hotel and not helping check out customer to put lugguage on the taxis, HE should be Fired! (6th July)

The hotel has an incredible breakfast selection. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The swimming pool is a wonderful addition and the fitness centre has great equipment. Definitely our preferred choice if we are going to stay in Wuxi again.

very amateur and cheap staff, restaurant came to my door at middle of the night to ask for money. Apparently the reception did not take the deposit and they became anxious that I can checkout without paying for 10 dollar burger. Ridiculous

The service was great, Conrad at the front door spoke English very well, as well as a few other staff members I came across. The hotel is elegant, and not too far from some tourist attractions for food and shopping. The gym is well equipped and quite spacious. Breakfast was overall nice, I would however recommend a few more Western choices such as bacon and fried potatoes or hash browns. The lobby area has a bar that is used as a legitimate Starbucks, which was both nice and convenient for me.

I’m a foreigner leaving China and stayed here after I cleaned out my apartment. It was great to see a full aerial view of my school and city before I left. Perfect encore to my time in China.

A very well designed and beautiful hotel. One of the best Radisson hotels I've ever been to. There's a Starbucks at yhe hotel which was very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly and kind. The room was huge, beautiful and very clean. I will definitely visit again soon. Highly recommend

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was immaculate, room service was on point. I was visiting Wuxi for one day only, then I got caught in the rain, so I couldn’t get a taxi and missed my train. Once I checked in at the radisson, had a hot shower, with perfect water pressure, and settled into that comfortable bed all the trauma of the day was forgotten. Thank you Radisson Team
