酒店挺好的，定這個酒店可以結鎖一天被騙3次的小奇遇哦，前天晚上定的時候沒看清楚不含早，第二天想退掉改成含早的，當天12點聯繫客服，客服説要跟酒店溝通一下，下午一點半之前給答覆，後面一點半客服聯繫説是免費退不了，要付款30%違約金，既然這樣就算了，結果到酒店前台，隨口問了一句為啥不可以退，結果前台回覆説他們一直都是可以免費退的，並且從來沒有客服有跟他們溝通過這件事，哈哈，這是第一次被騙，到了酒店辦入住也是磨磨唧唧，説了好幾遍的話還要來回重複，這邊建議酒店可以人文關懷一下為員工免費提供聽力檢查服務，十幾分鍾辦完入住進到房間，離譜的是當天23度的天氣空調衹能制熱，房間熱得像火爐，第一次打電話給前台説是讓先打開門窗，工程師已經在調試了，讓我們等一會，於是打開門窗，坐在酒店裡，路過的客人高低都要伸個頭往裡看一下，享受了酒店額外的免費當猴服務，於是在被觀賞了一個多小時之後，實在忍受不了再次打電話給前台，前台告知沒有任何辦法，衹能找上級總部反饋，也沒有什麼工程師在調試，哈哈，這是第二次被騙，於是打電話給他們酒店總部告知這個情況，客服説他們沒有權限決定下面酒店空調的開關權，衹能是反饋意見，那你前面找總部反饋的是什麼東西？後面説晚上九點半之前會有前台來回電話處理，等到第二天也沒打電話，哈哈這是第三次被騙，酒店挺好的，積極響應反詐政策，上面各種附加服務真是物超所值

新開的假日酒店，距離蘇州北站很近，出站走路七八分鐘就能到。設施很新，聽説老闆還裝了地暖，來的時候正好趕上降温，但是酒店裡很舒服。早餐很豐富，感覺比之前住過的很多洲際系種類要多很多，符合國人口味，還有很多北方的麪食，如果能多再增加一些西式品種會更好。

這次蘇州出差發現火車站附近新開了一家假日酒店，距離很近，我攜程上定了一間。酒店很新，出站就能看見，很方便，周圍15分鐘車程就到商場了。另外前台Anita服務很熱情，提出表揚。這下出差更方便了，推薦推薦。

朋友來蘇州玩，特意幫她訂了這家新酒店
衞生方面 ，我跟朋友到房間一起看了一下符合我這個輕微潔癖的標準 第一次入住 洲際集團，性價比也很高。
服務方面，前台工作人員辦理的時候也很貼心很到位，還送了小糖果，可以提前寄存行李，點外賣機器人就送上樓了，總體來説是很好的。
地理位置，地理位置很方便，而且打車交通也沒有堵車。
新酒店也沒異味而且很乾凈！！！
