這次的入住體驗非常愉快，服務貼心，細節之處也體現出一貫的高水準。 入住前在留言中提到是與母親同行，希望能夠安排安靜一些的房間，也確實如願以償。每一次入住麗思卡爾頓，都能感受到被細緻照顧的安心與温暖，這次也由衷感謝你們的用心安排。 第一天因房卡尚未辦理完成，想先前往泳池時，管理人員楊曦（Lucy Yang）女士主動協助、積極溝通，並多次確認房卡進度，讓人感到非常安心。 7月26日上午退房時的前台工作人員（很抱歉未能確認名牌）也非常專業且耐心，多次協助我測試信用卡能否正常使用，讓我深感被尊重與照顧。 整體而言，這是一次令人滿意的入住體驗，衷心感謝每一位工作人員的努力與用心。期待不久的將來再次到訪。

I also came to check in at the newly opened "Lion King" in Suzhou. I booked an executive city view room this time. It was the peak season of summer vacation when I arrived and I had to wait for the room. The lounge manager William warmly invited my family and I to rest in the lounge and have afternoon tea first, and also specially upgraded the room to a better view, which was very considerate. The hotel is convenient for self-driving and public transportation. It is located near the Qili Shantang Scenic Area in the old city, and the surrounding catering facilities are also very convenient. The quality of executive courtesy is in line with expectations. The overall decoration style of the hotel incorporates the design elements of Suzhou gardens. The owner should be signing the "Lion King" for the second time. It is not a flagship project among family members. The new Chinese style is more elegant, and there are mixed reviews on the Internet, but the service is much better than several Ritz in Beijing and Shanghai. It feels like a home away from home. This time, I didn't experience other restaurants in the hotel due to limited time. When checking out, William very warmly invited us to stay again next time. I look forward to going to the Chinese restaurant to taste her Suzhou flavor next time I stay.

服務很不錯，長輩生日住這裏，送了蛋糕，寫了賀卡，很用心的服務，床品很不錯，睡的舒服，早餐類品不多，但品質較高，除了房間還有些裝修氣味，總體都還不錯。
