很高興又打卡了一家麗思，新開酒店非常舒適，房間大小適中，景觀宜人，裝修風格個人非常喜歡。前台服務好，特別要給予行政酒廊經理William 趙寒冰超級好評，一天四餐服務特別到位，有問題隨時聯繫回覆特別快。下次生日還會繼續選擇麗思卡爾頓。

麗思卡爾頓的水準一如既往非常優秀，但這家依舊給我耳目一新的體驗。
首先在酒店設施方面，這家新開的麗思卡爾頓的設施非常完善，比如智能馬桶房內柔軟舒適的床品等等，尤其給我體驗最棒的是房間的浴缸，浴缸大的同時不會積水，體驗感拉滿。
酒店環境淡雅但特別有格調，一進門就有讓人有回家感覺的舒服香氛，一些巧妙的留白與綠色植被間雜的設計給人一種鬆弛感。
酒店的早餐也很豐盛，西式糕點麪包類就是我對麗思卡爾頓印象中的美味，還有蘇州特色的麪食和小籠，也都很鮮美。
每次在麗思居住都要誇誇麗思卡爾頓的服務，這次也不例外。禮賓部的sunny一直很認真負責為我們服務，有任何問題也第一時間幫忙解決；賓客關係部的James也積極與我們溝通，還為我們準備了豐富的歡迎禮；以及入住時間段服務的前台姐姐與門口的服務人員都很認真為我們解決暴雨天氣帶來的不便。特此對各位麗思卡爾頓的工作人員表示感謝。

房間衞生舒適，洗漱用品都很好。行政酒廊的各項服務都很到位，包括環境餐食還有露天蘇式設計等。特別感謝William 還有Sandra 貼心周到及細緻的服務，有種賓至如歸的感覺。還有孫浩的熱情服務並介紹最便捷的路徑給我們。當然也可體驗行政酒廊2⃣️公里內的豪華車服務。
