前台服務很好，特別是員工李雷，全程非常地熱情接待，介紹周邊環境及餐飲地方。 奇怪的是，酒店門口放着一排石墩，不讓出租車送客到酒店門口，衹能送客到50/60米的酒店門口之外，客人衹能淋雨或曬着烈日走去酒店。 問了酒店前台，被告知是旅遊大巴曾今把酒店門口的石板壓壞了所以才有此奇葩政策。不去問為什麼施工質量如此拉胯，反而不讓客人在酒店門口直接進入，多麼匪夷所思的政策？！ 客人第一印象直接⬇️

來陽澄湖過週末，選擇住在陽澄湖半島度假區，酒店乾淨衞生，床墊非常舒服，小巧服務很好，響應快。下次還會來住這裏。

週中出遊，住客不多，前台星星小新幫我們升了高層湖景房，並熱情介紹了酒店設施及使用。酒店環境非常棒，窗外景色猶如油畫。新酒店，硬件很不錯，特別是洗澡，水壓非常大。早餐客人少，衹開了一號餐廳，餐廳精巧但該有的都有了。2公裡外還有比斯特購物村，閑暇度假遊推薦。
