超級驚喜的房間！一直在反覆選博物館附近的酒店，找了好久基本都是民宿，抱着試試看的心態訂了這家，沒想到是此次出行，最成功的酒店。前台的小哥哥態度很好，免費幫忙升級了房間，退房還主動幫我把行李送到路口。還有師傅可以預約送到就近的博物館，師傅態度也很好！酒店用的竟然還是寶格麗的洗漱商品，意外之喜！唯一美中不足的就是人工智能稍微有點拉垮！

挺好的，整個酒店都很有vibe，還給我們升了房間，很適合staycation，minibar和歡迎水果選得很有心，早上來不及吃早飯還給我們帶了路上吃的麪包。

Could not have had a better experience. The interior design was beautiful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The overall vibe was homey and calming. The location was very central and close to all the tourist sites yet it is in an enclosed area making it a quiet sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle. We especially enjoyed the sound bath experience which was relaxing and healing. Would definitely recommend this.

給我了很多驚喜，首先位置非常黃金，距離主要景點都非常近；第二內部裝修非常有品位，有點日式風，設計感強烈；第三，有一些巧思，比如寶格麗香皂會送一個盒子，這樣就不會造成浪費，住户可以帶走，還有手磨咖啡，圓形浴缸的設計可以坐可以泡；第四，早餐也非常好吃，具有當地特色，不是自助也沒有造成浪費。

房間乾淨，床品也很舒服，前台的小姐姐都很熱情，有求必應，設施設備很好，空調無噪音，衞生間馬桶也有自動加熱功能，這次和小夥伴出遊很開心，下次來蘇州還是首選這家酒店，非常不錯

環境：置身在森林裏，簡約大氣的設計讓人一進去就感覺心曠神怡。小小的一方天地處處透着禪意，給人滿滿的治癒感。天地一瞬，一下子就不焦慮了。
衞生：無論房間還是走廊各個地方，都打掃得很乾凈。
設施：我覺得房間設計對老年人很友好，尤其是廁所有扶手～老年人洗澡如廁都很方便。真的是很貼心的設計。
服務：謝謝管家小姐姐也謝謝阿姨～因為是一個人入住的，大家對我都很友好～也提醒我注意安全。這是很多酒店值得學習的一個點～
特色：1.音療課真的很有特色～隨着頌缽聲音響起～果殼輕響，感覺整個人都放鬆了。2.早餐很有特色，是在對面初食餐廳吃的，有西餐和中餐兩類選擇～環境也是非常雅緻
整體讓人靜下心來～是一次很棒的治癒之旅
