Suzhou Yinxiang Yisu Inn (Guanqian Street Pingjiang Road)

The best hotel I have ever went to~ while the hotel is not big, the hotel staff are VERY friendly and help you with everything you need. The boss would offer food and even provide good advice! They even help us book 顺风车 to our next stop in Wuxi

Very friendly hotel staff, even the boss himself greeted us so warmly! Truly gives us a home-away-from-home feeling. 宾至如归 ！The family room is very clean and comfortable, definitely recommended!!!

The room is very pretty and location is very centralized. The owner is so helpful and friendly. Even bought the local delicacies for the guests, gave us 2 boxes of 苏州特产 to bring home and unlimited bottles of mineral water. The workers also help us bring our luggage to the end of the lane and help guide us back to the metro station to take the metro to 苏州站。We wished we had stayed longer instead of just 1 night.

It is honestly a nice place, but my experience has been slightly more glamorous for the same price tag elsewhere in China. So probably I was a bit spoiled. Even though the staff gave me gifts and was super nice, it’s a bit of a dry place, not much atmosphere. However, it’s possible to do laundry, which is quite nice!

This is definitely one of the best hotel i ever stay in china. The receptionists are all very friendly and approachable. Service is top notch. The room is true to photo. It's very comfy, air-con is powerful too. Heater for the shower is excellent too!! They provide unlimited bottled water if you need extra, aside from those provided in your room. They also provide some tourist informations of where to go in suzhou. The location is great too, have so many selections of eateries every where, and its walkable distance to metro too. Most impressive part....they provide free washing machine and dryer! You can just use it yourself if you need it. Laundry powder and liquid are also provided. This service i doubt any hotel will usually provide it for free. Definitely a plus point They also give us some small snacks for free when we went out during the day. My booking exclude breakfast. Its like a suzhou delicacy riceballs. Its delicious On the day we checkout, the boss even give us 2 boxes of suzhou souvenirs snacks to bring home. I only hope this hotel will continue to keep it up. Will come back to this hotel, if i intend to come back to suzhou again. I will definitely recommend it to my friends if they intend to come visit suzhou. Thank you all again!!
