Honestly cannot fault the place to travel with kids. The food was amazing quality. The staff were all lovely, the bathrooms were older but you dont spend time in there anyway! Bus stop right at the doorstep, be sure to prebook your activities, even hair braiding sold out! My kids couldnt decide their favourite bit but the laser tag and Slushies were a hit and iceskating show well worth it for the kids.

The staff were brilliant the rooms were clean and the bed was the best. The resort had everything we needed we didn't have to leave for anything. Our grand child had an absolute blast of a time. We are now organising our next visit.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place!!! After having a horrible experience at another hotel, I moved myself and my kids here last minute. Arriving early after checking out from the horrible place at 10am, I expected to have to drop our bags and wait until 2pm for check in. The staff at the front counter heard about our previous hotel, and allowed to go to our room when we arrived, over 2 hours before check in!! The resort has EVERYTHING you need. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Suitable for kids of all ages with soooooo much to do. I have already been looking at booking again to stay soon! Thanks so much for our amazing 24 hour stay!!!

Happy with our family holiday, staff have been friendly. Despite the noise & flat tyre from construction was still worth it!

Our stay was good. Kids enjoyed the waterpark and had so much fun.

Once again another great trip at paradise resort! Can’t reccomend enough. The service was great the rooms were clean and the resort was priced accordingly Even received a free late checkout with made the holiday so much better! Will definetly be back

Would definitely book again. Food was good. Staff were great. Only down side was could hear people walking around in room above and baby crying at 5am . Besides soundproofing everything was great.

There is false or potentially misleading information about parking. I was informed that no parking is available but was not told that parking is limited. I assumed that since the portal states "private parking is available," it meant parking was available for all guests.

It was awesome, so much to do, rooms were excellent.

I don't recommend booking this hotel. The room is super old. Everything feels broken the next second when you touch it. It even makes a loud noise when you take a shower. The hygiene is not clean. There are even various stains on the quilt. I also found dirt that others missed on the quilt. The kettle for boiling water will have black particles no matter how many times you boil it. The swimming pool facility is open to everyone whether you are a hotel guest or not. There are a lot of people. The swimming pool is also dirty. Even the food in the restaurant tastes terrible. So I don't recommend coming to this hotel. The only advantage is that the hotel staff are very friendly. The rest can only be said to be bad reviews.
