I stayed at this hotel after mid-April. Overall, the room and service were decent. However, the air conditioning was a big disappointment. The hotel uses a centralized system, which means you can’t control the temperature yourself. Unfortunately, it was set at around 27–28°C — way too hot! It was really uncomfortable and I couldn’t sleep properly. In the end, I had to open the window just to get some cool air. I noticed that many other rooms had their windows open too — looks like I wasn’t the only one struggling! Honestly, the aircon was pretty much useless. You’re better off turning it off completely and just enjoying the fresh air from outside.

Staff do not really know really speak any other languages so get ready the google translate app before check in. Room is spacious for family and quite clean.

The bed is too soft and the pillow is too high that make me can’t sleep well, very uncomfortable.

I could hear people passing by in the hallway, but I couldn't hear any traffic outside, so it was nice and quiet. I couldn't hear the sound of the rain, either. One thing that was annoying was that when I opened the toilet lid, the edge of the lid would hit the sink and close right away.

It's close to the station and on the main street, so there's a Gusto next to the hotel and a convenience store right nearby, which is convenient. I stayed for three nights, and the room was quiet, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were also very polite and greeted me in a pleasant manner. I'd like to stay with you again. Very satisfied with the location. It's five minutes away from JR. Second stay. The hotel is not small but has everything. There are all the necessary facilities. There is a 711 convenience store downstairs.

It was good that it was close to all the tourist destinations. On the downside, the hotel sign was hard to see and the road in front of the hotel was narrow, so it was hard to find the hotel (maybe it was because we were tailgated by an ambulance?). I think it will be fine next time I use their services.

The hotel has a card key system, and the location is quiet. There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and a Gusto restaurant below, so you won't have any inconveniences.

It's my first time staying in a hotel in Japan. I didn't expect the space to be so small😂 But you get what you pay for. The price is quite reasonable and the facilities are relatively complete. I recommend ordering it~
