No hospitality and limited service. Already went to check in kate after 4pm the room is still being serviced for something. Cleaner needed to come to clean the table. I don’t smoke and they claimed the smoke detector was alerted.

The location was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and local parks. The subway station is only a short walk from the hotel. The food options at the hotel were also very good. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

i will say this place is very comfortable and clean. Room size is good for two person and at least two luggage. Just the tube a bit far but not a problem! very safe

The bathroom smelled horrible. I can’t even describe… I stayed for only one night, and i really needed to sleep, so I just owned it, but it was not that nice of an experience. On the other hand, everything else was top!

Good hotel, big and clean rooms. Reception people are friendly. You can grab free apple or orange from restaurant at ground floor. Hotel is in a different neighbourhood which is bit modern and historic lisbon.

While the rooms were neat and the hotel's location is convenient for shopping, I wouldn't consider it a true 4-star experience given the cramped hallways and inadequate space in the standard room. The cleaning staff's constant noisy chatter early hours in the morning in the hallways and the reception staff's unfriendly demeanor left a lot to be desired. If I was the owner I would sack all your staff and get more friendly, more professional and friendlier staff in...I won't be willing to pay 4-star prices for this hotel in the future.
