The room along with street was noisy with cars and people. Room air-con is operated at concierge, only On or Off, we cannot adjust temperature. Room door was not smooth to close. Shower water did not run through out well.

The front desk girls are helpful. They gave us map with explanations. However they re a bit racism. Room is ok but old.

Staffs are nice & approachable and we are please that shower pressure power is good. However the location is a fast from the train or metro station.

This hotel is excellent for a short stay in Rome located close enough to walk to all the main attractions and near to the station. The staff were friendly and the hotel had all the basics nothing to complain about on this one.

The Hotel is in a perfect location from the main Train station, and the Rooms were spotless and perfect for what you pay for . Would definitely stay again

Booking was incorrect, I would get a room with a view over the city. Photo does not match the room unfortunately. but I was in the basement. I have not filed a complaint. I already noticed that this was the case with more people.

Everything was great. The lady sitting at the reception was very kind and polite. She helped us a lot. We thank her very much. The location of the hotel is very good. It is 13 minutes away from the metro. It is 3 minutes away from the tram. You can reach the Colosseum by walking in 21 minutes. It is very safe and clean a hotel.

快適に過ごすことができました！Roma Termini駅からは徒歩で20分程度、バスやトラム、メトロの駅も近くにあり、すごく便利でした！バス、トラム、メトロは24時間、48時間乗り放題券が安く購入可能なので、それを買うことを考慮するとすごくアクセスがいいです！

We booked this because it was close to the station and it was just a little cheaper than most places, I wish we didn’t. The doorframes are all falling off and the doors only close with lots of force! All the plugs and switches are so old they will never have been changed! The bathroom was ok, with only the loose and droopy shower head not good. They can’t advertise working WIFI, it’s rubbish and too slow to use. It’s almost 40 degrees here in Rome and the AC unit looks like it’s about to fall off the wall, you get no personal control over it either! To use the AC you have to contact the front desk to switch it on! Finally the TV was the size of an IPad but for the price that didn’t bother me too much. We booked this for 5 nights and left after 2 with another place booked.
