YYuexin IrisBefore my trip, I was torn between the InterContinental, W Hotel, Conrad, Waldorf Astoria, and The Park Hyatt, but I ended up choosing the InterContinental, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel upgraded my room, and both the view and the size were fantastic. The hotel's location is impeccable, right above Grand Front Osaka. Stepping out, you're immediately surrounded by major shopping malls like Hankyu, Daimaru, Yodobashi Camera, Lucua, and Lucua 1100, all connected by walkways. From gourmet food to shopping and trendy brands, it was incredibly convenient. Having such a spacious room in Japan is a rarity. Our upgraded room must have been nearly 100 square meters – incredibly roomy and practical, complete with an oven, induction cooktop, and a double-door refrigerator. The bathroom featured a bathtub and Byredo amenities; a soak with the hotel-provided bath salts instantly melted away the day's fatigue. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of choices, including Japanese cold dishes, Oden, and Western desserts, all with meticulous attention to detail. From the concierge to the front desk, every staff member demonstrated professionalism. At check-out, they even proactively helped load our luggage into the car and confirmed the address with the driver in Japanese. Plus, there were many staff members who spoke Chinese. The only minor drawback was a noticeable smell of disinfectant when returning to the room each day, but it didn't detract from the overall experience at all. Whether it's for shopping, comfort, or service details, this hotel will definitely be my choice again on my next visit to Osaka!

AAnonymous UserI chose this hotel because it was new and in a good location. Honestly, while the hotel is new, I felt the service didn't meet the standard you'd expect from a Japanese hotel. On the day we checked in, I found bugs on a plant in the room, and even after three nights, no one came to remove it or deal with it. Since we were traveling with children, housekeeping consistently only provided toiletries for two people. We had to ask every time to get enough for four. We were out early and back late, so by night, we were too tired to call for service. However, the staff should have known how many people were staying from our check-in. On the third night, when a staff member came to turn down the beds and tidy up, they clearly saw there were four of us but still didn't provide supplies for four. With service like this, any hotel could do better. They completely ignored it, and there was no warmth whatsoever. Giving them 3 stars is being generous. Compared to the service we received at the hotel in Arashiyama, this was a disappointing contrast. Regardless of whether it's in Japan or not, this service definitely doesn't live up to a 5-star hotel standard. To be fair, the hotel is new and its location is a big plus, which was nice.

AAnonymous UserOverall, this hotel is quite good if you're staying in an executive room. Service: The sommelier in the lounge was very professional. Regarding food, they offered caviar and sea urchin rice bowls, and sake starting from breakfast. For dinner, there was freshly shucked lobster. However, the champagne was just so-so. Because they don't recognize member benefits, the lounge was very quiet, which was great. Facilities: The rooms are small compared to other hotels of the same caliber. The room layout is typical Marriott design. Executive room guests can use the large public bath, but there's no swimming pool. Environment: The air conditioning in the room was excellent, completely silent, and the airflow didn't hit you directly. However, being above a train station, there was train noise. Higher floors would be better.

XXiaoxiaoxiaoxiaolaotouThe hotel's location is convenient, about 1km from the commercial center's Daimaru and Hankyu department stores, and around 600m from the subway station. The room facilities are well-maintained, and the staff are enthusiastic. Breakfast is well-organized with orderly queuing, though the variety of dishes is just average.

__cangyueI've always loved the style of W Hotels, and choosing the W Osaka this time was definitely the right decision. **Facilities:** The facilities are comprehensive, truly befitting a five-star hotel. The breakfast was also delicious, and the gym, swimming pool, and other amenities were all fully equipped. **Cleanliness:** Spotless, no complaints there. **Environment:** The 'nightclub' vibe of the environment is fantastic! There are also many great places to eat nearby. I highly recommend the Blue Bottle Coffee downstairs. It's also very close to Shinsaibashi and Namba, basically within walking distance. The subway is convenient too, and Daimaru is just across the street diagonally, making shopping very easy. **Service:** Everyone was very enthusiastic, and most staff offered Chinese language service. English communication was also not an issue. I will definitely choose W Hotels in other locations in the future.

MM28374****The hotel's location is quite good; you can generally walk to the subway or a shopping mall within ten minutes. The room is spacious, easily accommodating two large suitcases. Breakfast is also very generous, with a choice of one main dish each time, and other items are buffet-style. The facilities are new, and housekeeping cleans daily. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

BBinjiangfengguThe Swissôtel Nankai Osaka boasts an excellent location right in the Namba transportation hub, offering easy access to the subway in all directions. It's surrounded by commercial centers like Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori, and Takashimaya is directly across the street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Just a heads-up for first-timers: the entrance is actually inside the Nankai Namba Station building, so keep an eye out for it. Breakfast was also quite good.

TTanuoI stayed for six nights. The subway station is just a few hundred meters away, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel is located in a quiet area, not directly in the tourist hustle, but getting anywhere by subway is very easy. There's an exceptionally delicious tsukemen place nearby, along with many other izakayas and restaurants, all frequented by locals. Downstairs, you'll find a 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and a mid-sized supermarket that's well-stocked and affordable. The bathroom is spacious, and the room size is decent. Above all, the value for money is superb, and the hotel itself feels very new. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

GGuest UserWhenever I visit Japan, I always prefer staying at Mitsui hotels; their quality is consistently reliable. The room size is quite spacious; it wasn't cramped even with three of us and two suitcases. It's also very convenient for getting to Umeda and Shinsaibashi, a pleasant 30-minute walk away. If you'd rather not walk, the Yotsubashi and Midosuji lines are nearby, just one stop away. There's a 7-Eleven and a Lawson right downstairs, plus several local eateries in the vicinity offering a wide variety of food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
