Gguzheng2The hotel is located next to the cathedral, in an excellent location. The rooms are very comfortable, very clean, and the layout is very reasonable and spacious. There are bathtubs and showers. I highly recommend it! There is no free bottled water in the room, which I have to complain about.

GGuest User酒店房型要選好，房間方向差的 就真的不會開心。不過溝通後，換了還比較正常的。位置是主要優勢，如果不在乎位置的話，個人也去了Belmond，覺得整體度假氛圍會更好。但房間也那麼回事。總之 就是住個安全。體驗算不上多出眾。早餐品類不是很多，但勉強算精緻吧。room dinning 試了早餐和宵夜，都很難吃……看景的那個酒吧，算是最好的選擇了。禮賓部推薦了新式的歌劇，也還可以。但整體對中國人的服務很一般，每次叫水上出租車也是我們等的最久，明明是我們最早叫。所以 ，一開始給很多小費，後面已經要生氣了…

NntzhuminExcellent location, convenient transportation, close to shopping malls, Milan Cathedral is not far away, 10 minutes walk, not many breakfast varieties, breakfast room service is too poor, for first-timers, no introduction, I only figured it out when I was waiting for coffee, some meals need to look at the menu to order, ask the waiter to order, he said to wait for his colleagues to take our order, he was not busy and did not do any service, I don't know if it is separate table service, once I sat down and ordered coffee, it took more than 10 minutes to serve, waited for a long time, finally ordered 2 boiled eggs, it took more than 20 minutes to serve, the whole morning was spent in the breakfast room, impatient people, not recommended to have breakfast in any hotel

SShanghaiqiushuzhenPros: The room was upgraded to premium, the hotel and the room smelled good, the minibar and refrigerator were free, a pad could control the entire room, the breakfast was rich with both cold and hot dishes, the service was very friendly and they would remember the guest's name to greet them, and the club sandwich from the room service was more delicious than expected!
Cons: No HBO, the switch on the wall in the room was too bright and affected my sleep at night, and there was no hook at the door of the shower room, which was inconvenient to put towels.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to Milan central train station which is perfect for transit. May not be so convenient to travel around Duomo. Taxi to Duomo costs around Eur16-20.
Hotel has prepared a bottle of brut and some nuts and candies as welcome gifts which are very surprised to me and my boyfriend.
The bathroom is spacious and provided with branded amenities. Bed is comfortable with smooth linen. The room comes with a small balcony which is perfect for some photoshoots.
One thing annoyed me is the WiFi, the connection is so bad that I barely can use for working. Eventually I use my own 5G network then personal hotspot for connection.

GGuest UserThere was a problem with the hotel when booking, and Ctrip quickly solved it. I have to say that Ctrip's service is really good.
The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the subway and Milan Cathedral, which is very convenient.
The disadvantage is that there is a construction site at the door, and I was woken up by the footsteps in the corridor in the morning

Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not.
Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel.
Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control.
Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical.
Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel”
I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change.
The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport.
We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!!
Will want to stay there again !
