Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel is very new, the design is very elegant and artistic, and under the Feidaijifei banner, it provides branded face cream, eye cream and hand cream, which are very useful. But the service was average and not very good. The housekeeper didn't speak English well and didn't know what I wanted. It took a long time for them to get things. When I checked out, I found there was something wrong with the bill. The mini bar was not used but I was charged. Of course, after telling us it was useless, the hotel also canceled. I booked a car from the hotel for a little over 280 euros one way. When I set off, I asked the driver to pick up a friend who lived in a nearby hotel (it would be there in 3 minutes). The driver said yes, and the final bill was 130 euros more just to pick me up on the way. Friends, I am speechless. In the end, because the hotel didn't tell me in advance that it would charge 130 euros, I insisted and didn't charge it. In short, the bill was a bit messy, because when I checked out, I met a couple next to me who also complained about the bill. At that time, the manager said that there was no problem. The couple next to me mentioned that they would not have this problem if they stayed at Four Seasons. In this case, the manager said that he was from Four Seasons and kept insisting that he was right, but in the end it was proved that he was wrong. Anyway, I just feel that the service is not that good and does not match the style of the hotel.

Great
FFiFiChanThis is our second time staying here, and it's been wonderful! The location is hard to beat, so close to Milan Centrale and it's where most of the day trips meet in the morning. Our kids love the pool and the gym, a good way to spend the late afternoon after all the sightseeing and shopping. The shuttle bus service has also saved us a lot of taxi money and time. Definitely a hotel to recommend to those coming to Milan!

GGuest UserFor a hotel that costs more than 10,000 per night, it is quite average. The room is not small and the decoration is relatively new. However, due to the small scale of the hotel, many public facilities are missing. The hotel has no lobby, just a small public area at the entrance. There is no swimming pool or spa. The breakfast is really shocking, with bread and packaged snacks purchased from outside, or you can order them separately for an extra fee, and there are very few varieties.

SShikeweixiaoMandarin Oriental is also designed by Italian designer Antonio Citterio, who is the main creative designer of BB furniture and also the most important Italian luxury hotel designer. I am really happy to be able to stay here.

GGuest UserMilan is generally average
I have always been more in favor of hotels on the small luxury hotel list. I had a great time staying at TomTom in Istanbul before, but I didn't expect this hotel to disappoint me. I feel that five stars are a bit reluctant, and four stars may be more appropriate.
First of all, the bathroom is very bad, and the bath water will be all over the floor. Secondly, the toilet is too high, and a person who is 170cm tall will have his feet hanging in the air 😂It feels like the toilet will collapse at any time😂
The environment around the hotel is average, a bit dirty and messy.
The advantage is that this is the only hotel that provides slippers at present, which is very good.
HheakyIt's not too far from Milan's city center, but it's a bit off the ZTL, making it convenient for a car trip.
The metro is right next door, making it convenient to use.
As it's an older building, the facilities are a bit dated, but the newly renovated rooms are decent. However, there's a slight smell in the hallways.
There's a parking lot right behind the hotel, and you can park for €2 per hour with a hotel-issued voucher.
The breakfast was also adequate and good.
SShanghaiqiushuzhenPros: The room was upgraded to premium, the hotel and the room smelled good, the minibar and refrigerator were free, a pad could control the entire room, the breakfast was rich with both cold and hot dishes, the service was very friendly and they would remember the guest's name to greet them, and the club sandwich from the room service was more delicious than expected!
Cons: No HBO, the switch on the wall in the room was too bright and affected my sleep at night, and there was no hook at the door of the shower room, which was inconvenient to put towels.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a certain sense of design and is relatively new. But there are obvious bad: First, there is no quilt cover, there is a sheet inside and outside the quilt, but the fabric of the quilt is very slippery, and there are three layers of skewers a night. Once the sheets were obviously stained, but fortunately I saw it on the spot and asked the waiter to change it. Second, arrived on Saturday and Sunday, no laundry service? ! Third, the room type we lived in, the TV hung on the wall in the house, just coming down from the bed to block the road.
GGuest UserThis hotel embodies the unique European concept of a 'small luxury hotel.' Its location is absolutely superb, right next to the Duomo and the Galleria in Milan. At night, after the crowds disperse, you can enjoy the stunning dome all to yourself under the quiet lights – the view is incredible directly from your room. From the reception area to the corridors, the rooms, and the restaurant, there's a pervasive artistic atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next stay.
