"The best location. Alot of shopping mall within walking distance. There is a small convenience store at the lobby of the hotel, which is a plus point. The spa located within the hotel was a great addition also. I had a good massage at the spa.
Breakfast was OK-OK.. we stayed in a 3bedder rooms. Huge space. Individual room was spacious too.. ample space for our luggage & praying space. Each bath room has hair & body shampoo.
All is good. I am satisfied with my stay."

"The good: The huge rooms , samsung tv with seamless connection and fast internet speed allowing multiple devices. The bath tub and direct access to mall. The staff are so friendly, as they greet and have a nice smile or small talk. Very good english so no issue for communication. Easy to have taxi as they have bluebird taxi on standby.
The bad : The breakfast food was disappointing for family with kid so we did not go back after first day. For business traveller who needs a bite and go, it will suffice. Not for long-term stay. The ascott reward point system was bad - it was a week after we check out.. i finally sign up but don't see my stay, so i email and hope that support team can have this first past reservation added. During stay, I had to let plumbing come in to fix an issue with a leak for lower floor - amazingly it happen when we have not even used the bath tub. The fix took an hour plus. Request happen at 4 pm and we are at home. Swimming pool (1.2metre for adult pool) is okay for kids - at least a toddler pool but no slides.
Conclusion: Enjoy the hotel access to shopping mall, availability of large food choices on delivery app and posh feeling - so will still recommend."

AAnonymous UserI booked the executive room with pacific lounge access. Service was warm and friendly, always eager to please. Room was smaller than I expected, comfortable however. Except for the service in breakfast that was less polished, the lounge staff were professional and efficient. I was very surprised by the thoughtful gift and numerous birthday cakes surprised me. Very sweet team!

We stayed over one night. we had.Had a lovely surprise in the room with anniversary wishes and a lovely cake.The room itself was large and beautiful with wonderful views of the city. The hotel itself is stunning with lovely artwork and decor. Swimming pool was beautiful and loved the jacuzzi. A little cold in the pool most of the time as the buildings cover the sun. Fantastic gym! We went for drinks to their bar at 2pm and they didn't offer us the alcohol menu. When we specifically asked for it and then asked for signature drinks from it, we were told it wasn't available as the mixologist wasn't there and would be in at 4pm. We went again for pre dinner drinks, listened to lovely live music and again the signature drink I wanted wasn't available! Asked for a simple margherita and they charged us a price that was more than their signature drink prices! Many of the drinks like the beers on the menu was not available. Bar food was bland and mediocre. Was disappointing. Went out for an early dinner and came back to the hotel. Both of us felt very hungry at about 11.30pm and ordered the only meat pizza they had on their in room dining 24/7 menu and they tell me 15mins later that the pizza is not available! When we checked out, we weren't even asked how our stay was ..guess they didn't want any feedback or cared enough to know if we enjoyed our stay or not. We have been to Raffles in other countries and by far this was the most disappointing experience. Overall felt more like a business hotel

GGuest UserWe stayed for 1 night just want to experience. Room was clean, room service food was excellent, the 4/5 is scored for Housekeeping team on the floor, very polite and helpful. The only one thing we were not pleased about was the fire test. My partner and I work in the hospitality industry which we fully understand how fire test works in every hotel. However, this hotel did not organize or train the staff well to handle the test. Upon arrival, there was no information provided about the fire test. No letter in the Reception nor in the Room. The fire test starts at 11am on the check-out date, it was beeping not consistently and very short at first. I noticed that was probably fire test, me and my partner casually talked about that for couple of minutes. Until gradually it has partial announcement (it was on and off, a phrase was announced and being cut off half way that kind of thing), even though we understood that might be a fire test by experience. I decided to call down and confirm - the staff said, ”this is a test for your room and will last few minutes”. The statement was not nice as if I'm not experienced enough, I might think that the fire alarm might have issue in my room particularly. 10 minutes later, the announcement and siren starts heavily, while my partner finished his shower and started his phone call with business partner. He tried to last for 5 minutes and eventually he has to finish the call and call down again to Reception. All the above has gotten us confuse for 25 minutes at least. I told my partner that we should get going. We went out of the room, as previously we decided to go swimming and asked for late checkout since early morning - we wanted to take the lift which it was out of service due to the fire test. There was no one on the floor at all (usually there will be staff on every floor to check the fire door but it was not the case). We walked down to the staircase from level 8. Until level 3, we saw that there were signs for evacuation route (not clear). Also we saw that there was a big Cordless Drill/Driver left in the middle of the staircase. That looks so scary. My partner is already furious, he needed to jump pass that thing and see which path we should go next. As much as I'm usually more understanding and calm than my partner, I started to feel this is very upsetting. Luckily we are not with our little one. This is health and safety on your staircase in the middle of the evacuation route! There were few doors left open to some kind of construction side on level 3 and 2 that was easily accessible by anyone. Until we managed to walk to the lobby, all the staff looks very chill. No one even standing close to the staircase to explain (when the lift is out of service and you would expect there are guests coming down from staircase). We managed to speak to the Front Office Manager and was told that it was a last minute fire test that organized less than 24 hours. We work in the same industry and clearly know which department should be responsible for what task. 24 hours is very adequate to get last minute things prepared, if not, communication problems should be looked into - with all due respect, but that speaks a lot of the leadership of the Head of Operations. How could you have a 25 minutes fire test happen, before the guest check-out time (starts from 11am), with multiple unsuccessful attempt to get the siren and announcement clearly done, engineering equipment blocking the way which luckily that was turned off. The only one thing that I was glad was that we were not experiencing a real fire situation. As otherwise, experienced like us, I will have no clue if we can escape on time. All in all, we have passed the feedback to the FOM and hopefully this will be looked into and discuss further for the future process how to carry out a proper fire test. Other than this, everything else was excellent. We would still consider to come back again but might just request for low floor as in case.

The Executive Lounge was a standout:
• Afternoon Tea featured delicate pastries, savoury bites, and premium teas with skyline views.
• Dinner service balanced Asian and Western selections, all fresh and well-presented.
• Staff were discreet, sharp, and intuitive — offering genuine hospitality without overstepping.
The breakfast buffet at Sailendra Restaurant was exceptional — one of the best in Jakarta. A diverse spread of international and local dishes, live egg and noodle stations, vibrant tropical fruits, cold-pressed juices, and artisan breads made for a lavish yet balanced start to the day.
Beyond the hotel, its central location puts you steps from upscale malls (Lotte Shopping Avenue, Pacific Place), fine dining, and major business hubs — making it ideal for both leisure and corporate travel.
Verdict:

TTravel with YYAlways be my top choice in Jakarta! Very high accessible and located. Staff are friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was so detail minded to prepare an extra box tissue for me. They also upgraded my room with park view. You won’t regret to stay here.

GGuest UserLovely clean hotel, nice big room. We had kitchen facilities including microwave, oven, full size fridge and freezer, utensils, crockery etc. Also was useful to have a washing machine. 2 separate bathrooms. Lovely clean big windows. Ac good. Beds comfortable. Nice to have a separate living room and tvs showed HBO movies even in bedroom which we liked. Only negatives were not enough hand towels, bath mat and hand soap even after the room was cleaned these were not provided and tea and coffee not refilled. There is complimentary water in sealed glass bottles which must not be taken away or you are charged 50k.
Close to gongdangdia commuter station on the Bogor line which is very handy. There are some nice coffee shops nearby where you can have breakfast (turn right after exiting hotel) but hotel also has buffet breakfast for purchase approx 200k/person.
