HHooi Sinstayed at Discovery SCBD Jakarta for 3 nights from Sunday to Wednesday during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience throughout my stay.
The hotel's location is one of its biggest advantages. Situated directly opposite Pacific Place Mall in the heart of the SCBD area, it offers easy access to restaurants, cafés, shopping and office buildings, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers.
The room was modern, spacious and exceptionally clean. My favourite feature was definitely the in-room coffee machine. As someone who starts the day with coffee and often works late during business trips, being able to enjoy a freshly brewed cup in the comfort of my room was a thoughtful touch that I truly appreciated. The large work desk by the window was also perfect for catching up on work after office hours, while the comfortable bed and reliable Wi-Fi made the stay even more enjoyable.
I also enjoyed the breakfast concept. Instead of a traditional buffet, guests order their preferred dishes from a menu. I appreciated this approach as it helps reduce unnecessary food waste while ensuring that the meals are freshly prepared. What impressed me most was the speed of service — despite being individually prepared, the food was served promptly without a long wait, making breakfast both convenient and enjoyable before heading out for the day.
The lobby and common areas are stylish, modern and well maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment of arrival. The staff were friendly, professional and efficient throughout my stay, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free.
Overall, Discovery SCBD Jakarta exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience and thoughtful amenities. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in the SCBD area.

Had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Jakarta in a Pacific Club Room, with access to the 90th floor Pacific Club Lounge—the tallest hotel club lounge in Indonesia—with spectacular views across Jakarta.
The afternoon tea, evening cocktails with champagne and extensive breakfast were all excellent. The “Happy Sleepers” programme was a lovely touch too, with a drawn bath, pillow mist, and chamomile tea with biscuits waiting in our room.
Our room was sooo comfortable and well appointed, but it was the warm, sincere and excellent service that made our stay truly memorable. Special thanks to Jessen, Van, Indah and the Pacific Club team, who went out of their way to look after us.
We highly recommend Pan Pacific Jakarta, and a Pacific Club Room is a must. Quite literally, a stay on Cloud 9(0)!

AAnonymous UserWhen I first entered the hotel lobby, I was very excited, the place looked grand and impressive, perfectly matching its name. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the lobby smelled fresh and pleasant.
However, once I received my room, I was shocked. The room was very small, outdated, and dimly lit. The bathroom was cramped and narrow. Housekeeping was slow, when I returned from lunch, the room had not yet been cleaned. When they finally arrived, I only asked them to replace the towels and replenish the coffee, tea, sugar, and mineral water. Since the bed had not been made that morning and I simply went straight to sleep, leaving it as it was, my power bank, which I had used earlier, was left behind and possibly hidden under the pillow. Unfortunately, it was my mistake not to check carefully before checking out the next day.
I did send an email to the hotel regarding this, but I have not received any reply until now.
On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from, and the spread was both plentiful and appealing. And the hotel was just within walking distance of the nearby mall.

GGuest UserThe hotel amenities are complete, luxurious, and comfortable. They offer afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and two meals (breakfast and dinner) daily, which are excellent and varied. The hotel even upgraded us to an executive suite for free! It's an old-school luxury hotel with convenient access, and there are several large shopping centers nearby for easy shopping.

MM.TaufiqI had a great stay at Oakwood PIK Jakarta. It's an excellent choice if you're looking for a hotel close to the airport or if you plan to explore the PIK area, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and attractions nearby.
The service was friendly and efficient, and the room was clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. I especially appreciated the excellent amenities, including a water dispenser, microwave, refrigerator, and even a cooking area, which made the stay feel very convenient and homely.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta.
