Recently, I stayed at Hotel Kings Court during my stay in Prague.
It was in an excellent location in the center of the old town, so it was very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. It is right next to Republic Square, so you can walk to the main tourist attractions and there is almost no stress when moving around.
The hotel itself has an elegant atmosphere that makes use of the historic building, and the rooms are spacious, so I was very comfortable. The hotel was also well-cleaned, so I was able to use it comfortably throughout my stay.
The staff were generally polite, but there were times when I had to wait a little depending on the timing. However, overall, I got the impression that they were kind and friendly.
The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was delicious, and it was especially great to be able to enjoy breakfast on the terrace. I also used the spa facilities in the hotel, and I was able to refresh myself in a quiet and calm space. (Note that depending on the plan, there is an additional charge for using the spa.)
Overall, the location, facilities, and room quality of the hotel were very satisfactory. It is a hotel that will make your stay in Prague even more comfortable and one that you will want to stay at again.

Ridiculous staff refused to return stored luggage
I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The room, facilities, and the staff who checked us in on the first day and greeted us at breakfast were nice. When I checked out on Friday, Sep 13, a staff member even offered to store our luggage before we asked. Everything was satisfactory up until this point.
Later that afternoon, we returned to the hotel and asked a middle-aged male staff member at the front desk to retrieve our luggage. He said we could not get our luggage until 4 pm, pointing to my storage receipt, which had a number 4 on it. I have never heard of such a ridiculous rule or any reason why a hotel would refuse to return stored belongings to their owners at any time of day. It just didn’t make any sense.
We repeated our simple request, and my friend added that it was an emergency—we already had a taxi waiting outside (parking was difficult, and it was raining heavily), and we didn’t have much time to get to the train station to catch our FlixBus at 3 pm. Still, the male staff member refused again, with a stern expression, repeating the same nonsensical reason.
Running out of time and patience, my friend yelled, “Are you kidding me?” At that point, the staff member finally admitted he was joking and took us to the storage room to retrieve our luggage. We were in such a hurry that I didn’t have the time or presence of mind to confront him further.
If the hotel values feedback, I hope this male staff member is made aware that this “joke” was not appreciated and that his behavior was highly disrespectful of our time.
Our sense of urgency was clear—if he knowingly decided to “tease” us in that moment, it shows a completely unacceptable level of disrespect.
I don’t intend to discourage people from booking this hotel, and it’s unfortunate, as all the other staff we encountered and everything else about the hotel were otherwise excellent. This one staff member, however, turned what could have been a perfect experience into an unpleasant one.

The room has a kitchen attached, so you can cook while you stay with them. Also, there is a restaurant underneath as well. The room is big and clean. Staff are friendly and efficient. The room is clean and provided slippers and bathrobe. There is a lot of cupboard. And there are umbrellas that you can borrow or rent. The location is not at the centre, but it is about 10 minutes walk from the airport shuttle bus stop and about 10 minutes walk to the city centre. There is also a tram station around.

I liked almost everything… huge room, beautiful design, the bed is comfy and soft, the blanket and pillows are light and fluffy. The shower is a bit narrow, as I hit my elbows on the shampoo bottles a couple of times; it could have been less long and wider. It was unpleasant that after a shower, water spilled onto a third of the bathroom floor. And the bathrobes—what I disliked the most—they had a strong, peculiar fried smell that lingered on the skin, and I wished they smelled fresh like the room did.

The check in process took too long time which is really unusual for Hilton hotels. Besides that I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. Room size is ok. Lobby is specious. Staff were so helpful. Breakfast was really good.

Great
GGuest UserProbably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in just due to the overall hospitality & it was the small things that made a difference. I was offered a glass of champagne while checking in, a couple complimentary chocolates were in my room & also a a personalised greeting card which were all nice touches.
Location was great, the walk into city centre was nice too in the good weather. It rained once in the evening while I was there & was able to get an umbrella from reception.
My room had a really nice vibe with the big Buddha statue in the corner & the bed was massive & really comfortable.
The breakfast was definitely overall the best in terms of quality of ingredients being used. I’ve been in hotels with bigger selections but lesser quality.
I can’t speak on the spa as I didn’t use it but was told it’s a very private spa & only you’ll be in there on a time you book, no other guests can use so can imagine couples would really enjoy that.
Would definitely stay here again & Prague was a great city to be honest so I will definitely return.

SSaikumarI had a pleasant stay at this hotel for 2nights. The cleanliness was very impressive, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a relaxing experience. The amenities in the fridge were topnotch, with a nice selection of beer, Coca-Cola, and snacks provided, which was a thoughtful touch.
The only drawback was that the TV did not have YouTube or Netflix, which would have enhanced the entertainment options.
Overall, it was a great stay, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, quite room & comfortable hotel with good in-room amenities.

AAnonymous UserI can probably say that overall stay in the hotel was good except the last night that ruined our feeling a bit.
Location was great. Around 20mins walk to the main train station, close to most of old town touristic place, all walkable distance.
The receptionist was welcoming and the hotel was clean. I booked the hotel specifically for the beer spa and the lady there explained things thoroughly so the start of the trip was great.
On the 2nd day after a long & tired day, we got back to the hotel for the beer spa we booked. When we got to our room, the toilet was making a noise and it didn’t flush. We called the reception straight away as our beer spa starts in like 15mins.
The gentleman came up to check and said that it is not possible to fix. We were rushing as we have to go down and of course we have to use toilet so there’s no negotiation except changing the room. The noise of water running was unbearable so we wouldn’t even be able to sleep anyways.
We got a call offering to change the room but it was smaller. Quite small i have to say.
They mentioned there’s no other room available, 100% booked. We are really unhappy about this but didn’t really have a choice. (What can we do when they say it is all booked and no other room available and our spa booking is coming up.) We just agreed on changing.. It kinda end our trip unhappily hence the lower rate on the service part.
I am sure I would have given 4 on the service if this didn’t happen.

龍龍正月We paid city tax of 8 euros for a 2 night stay. Breakfast was quite good. The hotel is located on the banks of the Vltava River and the views are amazing. We booked through trip.com and got a special discount for airline ticket holders, so it was a great deal.
MMustapaAiedahThe hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They recommended tours and places of interest, as well as a map for reference. The view from the hotel room window during the New Year's Eve celebration plus infront of hotel were the best.
