The hotel called on Friday to confirm our arrival time, added the butler on WeChat, upgraded us to a Deluxe Lake View King Room, and sent some activity guides. We arrived around 2 PM on Saturday, and the front desk gave us a sand-digging set, which our child was eager to use. Luckily, the weather wasn't too hot, and there was a gentle breeze by the lake. We played for almost two hours, then went back to our room for a shower, and then had dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant on the first floor. The portions were generous and the food was delicious—the lamb chops and the pot-lid noodles were especially good! They also gave us two complimentary servings of handmade yogurt, which our child loved! We even unexpectedly saw a bird in the evening! We went to the Happy Farm on Sunday morning and fed the animals. Around 11 PM, we played in the pool for a while, and our child didn't want to go home! They said they wanted to come back! A special thank you to our butler, Jiajia, for being incredibly thoughtful!
