This hotel far exceeded our expectations! We came for a two-day, one-night trip with our child and parents, and it was a convenient 1.5-hour drive from downtown Changzhou. Our hotel butler, Xiao Lei, was incredibly professional and provided excellent service, responding instantly to all our requests. The entire experience was much better than other similarly positioned hotels in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. All the other staff members were also very polite, friendly, and professional; you could tell they were very well trained. I've already recommended it to my relatives. Plus, the restaurant food was delicious! It was perfect to enjoy great meals without leaving the hotel, especially with the hot summer weather. We'll definitely be back!

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet, and the location was quite convenient for getting around and dining. The front desk service was also decent, and check-in was smooth. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay. A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future! Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. The resort is massive, but there are plenty of shuttle buses, which is super convenient. We were upgraded to a twin room in the main building. The room was very clean, and the view was fantastic; we could see the lake from the balcony, which was incredibly relaxing. The only downside was the poor soundproofing, but it was still quite quiet at night. There's a wide variety of hot springs, and it wasn't crowded at all on a weekday evening, so we had a great time soaking. The changing area is also very spacious. The breakfast restaurant is huge, with a rich selection, and the food actually tasted good too. All the staff were very friendly. I'm very satisfied with this trip! Unfortunately, we were in a hurry, but I'll definitely come back next time to enjoy it at a more leisurely pace.

When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

The hotel's high-rise view is absolutely stunning, offering expansive vistas that are far more impressive than the decor and truly make for an outstanding stay. While the comfortable amenities are a plus, the panoramic views from the upper floors are the real highlight, allowing you to take in the city's splendor right from your window, creating a wonderful atmosphere. Indeed, while the living environment is comfortable and pleasant, the unique high-floor views are even more remarkable. Looking out the window, the cityscape unfolds before your eyes, and the broad perspective significantly enhances the entire experience, providing a unique visual treat.

This time we planned to go to Oriental Salt Lake City to celebrate the Spring Festival. I was very nervous at first because it was the first time for our whole family to go out for the New Year, and I was worried that my family members would be unhappy. However, I was amazed by the service of Yanquan Hanguan. From the very beginning, the thoughtful road guidance from Yanniu housekeeper to the comprehensive scenic area service tips and hotel service introduction from Xiao Wang at the front desk made us feel very comfortable. The hotel is an antique building, which makes us feel the festive atmosphere. There were many activities in the scenic area during the Chinese New Year. When we walked on the road, all the staff and volunteers greeted us enthusiastically and said blessings. When we returned to the hotel after shopping in the evening, we were provided with a bowl of Tremella soup and calming and sleeping incense for free so that we could have a good rest. It was a really great stay and I will come again.

After returning from the United States to Changzhou to visit relatives, I stumbled upon the old American brand Wyndham Hotel nearby. The family room offered a good value for money, and the room theme was very childlike. Mr. Geng, the front desk staff, provided very professional and enthusiastic service, adding warmth to my trip. The breakfast was diverse, offering not only local Changzhou specialty silver noodle soup but also Western dishes and more, which was very suitable for us! I would choose this place again if I have the opportunity in the future!

The hotel was quiet and the room was cool. Breakfast and the gym were both good. Front desk staffer Xiao Yuan provided excellent service, helping me quickly get my invoice and even giving me a souvenir. Although it was my first business trip to Changzhou and I encountered Typhoon White Dolphin, it didn't affect my mood at all. I highly recommend everyone choose this hotel!
