The hotel environment is very nice and quiet, perfect for a trip. A special thank you to our butler, Zeng, who was always there for us. Today, a regular business traveler had a new problem – he had completely forgotten about his suitcase, leaving it lying on the roadside. It was Zeng who helped find and keep it safe. 🙏

Our recent stay was truly exceptional, and a large part of that was due to the outstanding service provided by Song Likun, our host. From the moment we arrived, Song went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our stay was perfect. Their warm and professional demeanor made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. Song's attention to detail was remarkable, as they anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging special requests or providing insightful recommendations, Song's dedication to guest satisfaction was unparalleled. What stood out the most was their genuine hospitality and the personal touches they added to our experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their role, and Song is truly a credit to their team. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here and will certainly return, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from Song Likun.

When we arrived, the dam had been repaired, and we could see the beautiful view of Tianmu Lake from the hotel door. The hotel housekeeper contacted us in advance, and we stayed in the private soup room and gave us fish head vouchers. For other dishes, we ordered black rice and The small bamboo shoots are quite delicious when cooked, and the experience is still very good!

Hidden away on a lakeside peninsula, the Tianmu Lake Hantian Resort is surrounded by bamboo forests. The lake-view rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows that perfectly capture the stunning mountain and lake scenery. The hillside hot springs, complete with an infinity pool, are definitely the highlight. The resort grounds are quite large, so a shuttle bus is needed to get around. There are plenty of family-friendly facilities (Pinecone Park, trampolines, and petting zoo), and the butler service is attentive. Breakfast includes local specialties like hot pot fish head. On the downside, some buildings have slightly older facilities, some recreational activities cost extra, and during holidays, breakfast can be crowded and parking a hassle. Overall, it's great for families and a relaxing hot spring escape, with a better experience outside of weekends.

This hotel is incredibly quiet, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The Chinese restaurant and gym are both excellent. The pool comes with a steam room; though I couldn't use it due to a health condition, it's a great recreational amenity, and the facilities are comprehensive. The room space is also very generous, making for a fantastic holiday experience. The only noticeable cost-cutting measure was the brand of bottled water provided.

The family room is spacious, the top space is very good, there is a bathtub for dry and wet separation, and the bathroom is also independent. The bedding is clean and tidy, there is no smell, there are no small bugs in the room, sleeping 💤 is very quiet, the special soup is not to be missed, after a day of playing, come back to relax and sleep beautifully. It is really an inn in the scenic area. The scenic area is c. It is very close to everywhere. It is the stream rafting and the spiritual pet paradise. It is very convenient to walk anywhere. Of course, the butler's service is also first-class. We added WeChat one day in advance, informed the play items and instructions, and helped to make an appointment for the free tour in advance. There is also a special vip Zijin bracelet for Yanquan Hanguan. There is an independent channel for rafting without queuing, unlimited brushing! Today, the check-out housekeeper Xiao Liu was very intimate to help the check-out time delay. The 24-hour WeChat butler service was meticulous. This time I brought the children to play. After booking the room, there will be a housekeeper to communicate related matters. I will focus on praise the housekeeper. I know that our family is an October-aged baby. I also arranged birthday arrangements for us. I am afraid that the loft stairs we live in will be troublesome and want to upgrade the room for us. All kinds of intimate services make people warm. We booked a small gourmet theme, a variety of hape toys in the room on the first floor, the baby can't let go, the upper floor is the place to sleep, the whole layout is still very warm, there are also various play facilities outside the hotel, the main baby is too small, many facilities can not play, bigger can also brush. Breakfast is in the main building, the variety is very rich, there are also enthusiastic waiters to help, there is a Yin aunt in the middle to send toys to the baby, and also pack some breakfast, overall very warm, the service is in place. The only regret is that the booked travel photography was not available because the baby woke up late, looking forward to the next time.

I absolutely loved the stay, i have stayed in multiple hotels all around China including Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, Chongqing and etc, but by far this hotel had the MOST comfiest bed. It felt like laying on a cloud. I actually booked a queen room with the bathtub in the picture and when I checked in, they told me that after renovation they only have a bathtub in the family room. We were okay with it but in a few minutes a staff came and showed us to our new room with a bathtub. They were very friendly, accommodating and understanding. Not to mention the room being super spacious, having a huge mirror, having a tv and an electronic toilet. The amenities were amazing. Likewise, the interior of the room was beautiful. The location is also amazing, there are many malls just outside including huge malls with international brands. The location is prime. This is by far my favourite hotel I have stayed in China and will stay there again!! Cant wait to go back

The hotel is newly opened, very clean and tidy inside, the whole house is intelligent, you can control the air conditioner, TV, curtains, lights by calling Xiaodu Xiaodu, it is very modern, and there is also a smart toilet, which is very surprising. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, and she also helped me make an appointment for free airport transfer. The front desk lady said that free pick-up and drop-off are available 24 hours a day. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip.

The hygiene on the sofa and by the sink is a bit worrying. The decoration started to smash the wall at 8 o'clock in the morning, and the noise was very loud, intermittently lasting until four or five o'clock in the evening. There is no shampoo in the bathroom. Looking forward to improving quality after renovation.
