"It's an apartment-style hotel with a refrigerator and sink for cooking, as well as a kettle and tableware. The balcony is large and has great natural light. There's also a supermarket downstairs, making it very convenient. I'd recommend staying here if you're planning to live and work here for an extended period. The only downsides are the small bathroom and shower, and the hot water takes a while to come through. I liked the body lotion they provided."

Amazing
AAnonymous UserThe service is very good, but the hardware is a bit unsatisfactory, not as small as the room, the bathroom does not have a bathtub, the bathroom is relatively simple, the towel has a taste of drying without washing. Breakfast is not very rich. But the location is good. Overall: four points
FFANHands down the most impressive hotel I've stayed at in Buenos Aires! That crystal chandelier in the lobby? Absolutely breathtaking. My room was so spacious I could've thrown a dance party, and soaking in the tub while watching sunset over the Rio de la Plata was pure magic. The staff - perfectly trained, even room service steaks beat those Instagram-famous restaurants. The rooftop infinity pool is a photographer's dream, though those cocktails hurt my wallet (worth it though!)
AAnonymous UserHotel stopped in time. It can be seen that it has already lived through its glory days, but it is far from the luxury hotels of today.
It is very well located, rooms are spacious, but very old.
Rooftop is very good, I recommend it. Good breakfast, but nothing exceptional.
Overall, for a luxury class hotel, there are many better ones in the city.
I wouldn't stay there again.
AAnonymous UserBasic coffee and tea in a 5-star hotel. No coffee machine and tea pot. Requested and received bottled water.
The location is also far from tourism.
Compared to other hotels, only the room size and room interior are satisfactory
The lobby is just a passageway, but the interior seems to have been abandoned.

IIzaiaiaSome issues during check in but overall nice hotel. Would avoid a lot of confusion if they disclosed beforehand that the hotel has two buildings

HHei Hei BBI have always liked MGallery and have lived in many cities. Comfortable, good location and design. The staff is very attentive! They make you feel safe at any time.
Excellent location; despite being in the heart of Recoleta, the surroundings are very quiet and safe.
The room is very quiet and spacious.

Very Good
EElena BarankevichThe room is small , less than declared 30 meters . There is absolutely no air. The windows come out into the interior patio with noisy air conditioners. The air conditioner in the room itself hangs in a way that blows straight into the face on the bed, swing grids work incorrectly. The bells are tiny and impossible with a lamp to place a phone. The coffee car is , but never(!) put capsules. Every day I had to go and ask for your 2 capsules. The room was cleaning badly. Without shoes the legs were dirty. At all Christmas, they didn't clean up and had to go back from walking, in front of the restaurant, to ask for a towel. Sports hall, sauna, a pool of half a person size and very inconvenient. There are no hooks where to hang a towel or the possibility of changing clothes. It also looked strange to go in the lobbies and bars to our first elevator. The next building was repaired and the room was heard in the room. The hotel also carried out small work with us.
We liked the location.
The staff on the respiratory was very good and tried to solve all our issues.
Breakfast is the same type in 8 days. There were no vegetables at all. Fruit is fresh, bread is beautiful, the egg station is excellent cooks. Pianoists are great.
They went to jazz. 10 points.
MMeiduocaoThe location of InterContinental Hotel is average, there are no shops nearby. The breakfast buffet is not as rich as expected. The hotel seems to be a contract hotel for airlines, with batches of pilots and flight attendants coming and going, which is very lively. The food in the hotel restaurant tastes good and the price is quite affordable. The facilities in the guest rooms are complete, but there is a lingering body odor in the bathroom, which is very annoying, so we only stayed for one day and then moved to the Palladio Hotel in the View Pavilion.
AAnatole PangThe Faena is a stylish hotel which is now feeling a little old compared to when it opened. The room designs waste a fair amount of space and plumbing is showing signs of wear. The pool is a purely instagram facility which provides no exercise space whatsoever.
Having said all this, Faena is still conveys good quality overall. A lifestyle hotel in effectively a business district means that it falls between two stools but is probably still one of the top spots in Buenos Aires.
TTutatorresThe location is spectacular, and the hotel is very nice, although it shows some signs of age. Check-out was quite slow. Breakfast is good, with a wide variety of breads and hot dishes; overall, it's quite filling. We can't comment on the other hotel services because we didn't use them.
