Hands down the most impressive hotel I've stayed at in Buenos Aires! That crystal chandelier in the lobby? Absolutely breathtaking. My room was so spacious I could've thrown a dance party, and soaking in the tub while watching sunset over the Rio de la Plata was pure magic. The staff - perfectly trained, even room service steaks beat those Instagram-famous restaurants. The rooftop infinity pool is a photographer's dream, though those cocktails hurt my wallet (worth it though!)

Guest UserWe arrived and were attended to promptly and cordially. The quality of the food (at dinner, in the bar at night, and at breakfast), and the service from the waiters, were excellent.
Clean and cozy room. I have no criticisms to make.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town, next to Plaza de Mayo, and super convenient for all the main attractions. The room facilities are great – spacious and very clean. From the bed, you can even see the clock tower and rooftops of famous old buildings. Excellent value for money!

Some issues during check in but overall nice hotel. Would avoid a lot of confusion if they disclosed beforehand that the hotel has two buildings

XiaoDhexiaoGyongyuanzailushangThe hotel has a dated feel, and understandably, there's a slight old smell. However, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, providing service truly comparable to a five-star hotel. When I visited, the area outside the entrance was undergoing road construction, which made access difficult and the surroundings a bit messy and dirty. I'm unsure how long the construction is expected to last.

The room is small , less than declared 30 meters . There is absolutely no air. The windows come out into the interior patio with noisy air conditioners. The air conditioner in the room itself hangs in a way that blows straight into the face on the bed, swing grids work incorrectly. The bells are tiny and impossible with a lamp to place a phone. The coffee car is , but never(!) put capsules. Every day I had to go and ask for your 2 capsules. The room was cleaning badly. Without shoes the legs were dirty. At all Christmas, they didn't clean up and had to go back from walking, in front of the restaurant, to ask for a towel. Sports hall, sauna, a pool of half a person size and very inconvenient. There are no hooks where to hang a towel or the possibility of changing clothes. It also looked strange to go in the lobbies and bars to our first elevator. The next building was repaired and the room was heard in the room. The hotel also carried out small work with us.
We liked the location.
The staff on the respiratory was very good and tried to solve all our issues.
Breakfast is the same type in 8 days. There were no vegetables at all. Fruit is fresh, bread is beautiful, the egg station is excellent cooks. Pianoists are great.
They went to jazz. 10 points.

Guest UserStaff were super friendly and location was great. Right next to florida Street where you can go shopping and lots of currency exchange stores. Around a 10 min walk to the pink house. Did not need to get public transport as everything was a walking distance. Would stay here again.

The Faena is a stylish hotel which is now feeling a little old compared to when it opened. The room designs waste a fair amount of space and plumbing is showing signs of wear. The pool is a purely instagram facility which provides no exercise space whatsoever.
Having said all this, Faena is still conveys good quality overall. A lifestyle hotel in effectively a business district means that it falls between two stools but is probably still one of the top spots in Buenos Aires.

Yeung Tsz LaiThe location is absolutely good. Just talk a 3- minute walk to the Casa Rosada. 1 min walk to the metro entrance. Numerous buses routes are nearby. Sightseeing places are in walkable distances.
The breakfast is really good too. Many different choices of food. Fruits, bakery, vegetables, beverages…etc.

leilaaaaIt's an apartment-style hotel with a refrigerator and sink for cooking, as well as a kettle and tableware. The balcony is large and has great natural light. There's also a supermarket downstairs, making it very convenient. I'd recommend staying here if you're planning to live and work here for an extended period. The only downsides are the small bathroom and shower, and the hot water takes a while to come through. I liked the body lotion they provided.
