Location is good, pretty close to the airport. No airport shuttle service though. Front desk people are nice and friendly. Room is clean. Love the neighborhood around the hotel. Many good restaurants within walking distance. It also takes about 15 minutes walking to the nearest metro station. My girls also loved the outdoor swimming pool. It’s pretty nice to swim in a pool with Washington Monument in the background. Definitely recommend this place to the families with kids.

The staff at this hotel is exceptionally good. Everyone was helpful especially the manager at the front desk. From the moment we arrived we were treated with kindness and respect. I commented repeatedly about how great the staff is. Everything was perfect. We will be back. Thank you for a great stay.

The elevator equipment is a bit old, the bathroom equipment is new and huge, the location is good, but there is no parking lot. The reservation was wrong. Valet parking is 76🔪. There is no buffet breakfast. The a la carte portions are ok and the taste is ok. No tipping is forced, but next time I still want a hotel with parking lot!

I really enjoyed my experience at The Morrow! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. My room was Beautiful with no issues and was very clean. Overall, the hotel itself is Beautiful. I wish they would have more of a variety for food choices but at the moment there is only one main French restaurant to dine at. However, a rooftop bar and lounge should be opening in the summer which will definitely draw more attention.

The hotel is very close to Capitol Hill and Union Station. It is a new hotel. The lobby is magnificent. The price is less than 2,000 yuan (we booked it early), which is very cost-effective. It is the most cost-effective in the entire trip (four cities in the eastern United States + Niagara Falls). The room is clean and hygienic. It is worth staying!

Not far from Chinatown, there are also many luxury shops nearby. It is 1 to 2 kilometers away from the Lincoln Memorial of the White House, but DC was originally not big. The size of the room is ok and clean, that is, you will knock on the door early in the morning to ask if you want to clean the room. If you don't take the initiative to contact the room and ask for the room to be cleaned.

It was simply GREAT! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Pleasant atmosphere. Everything was also very neat. We had booked a room with a king size bed and the room was very spacious, very handy if you travel with large luggage, the bed was also fantastic. Good mattress and pillows. We also ate in the hotel restaurant, personally I thought it was a bit too expensive and there were no other people there which made the atmosphere a bit strange. The parking of the hotel itself was also a bit on the pricey side.

Convenient location, 10 minutes walk from the White House and 10 minutes walk to Chinatown. Good service, cleaned promptly every day. The room is not big, very clean and compact. The air conditioner is loud and there is no view outside the window. The lobby looks very tasteful, the front desk is also very friendly, and provides free bottled water, but I didn't see free coffee or anything like that.

Amazing
TToooomIt was very convenient to be able to do everything I needed on iPad. The area was safe, and there were supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit.
HHuashengjiangjiangzhuThe room is quite big and clean. It is located on the edge of Georgetown, so it is convenient to travel by bus and Uber. You can take the bus and walk to the Lincoln Memorial area, and you need to change buses to the museum area. This is a residential area. There are many restaurants to choose from when you walk straight out of the street. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that is very good. The owner is very friendly. There are whole foods and Trader Joe's within a 10-minute walk.
The restaurant downstairs is independent, and you can have breakfast here. The price is reasonable. The hotel is generally cost-effective.

래래The location is good and the rooms are good. However, when I asked what the destination fee was at checkout (it was a polite question), the black woman at the reception was very rude and told me that it was originally included, and she got angry at me and my husband, asking if I didn't read it when making a reservation, which was embarrassing. Another man came to explain and my curiosity was answered, but I was not in a good mood about the trip that day. The day before, another Marriott hotel was very friendly, so I was even more surprised. This was my first experience like this while staying at an American hotel, so it was perceived as racial discrimination. I will never use it again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Capitol. It is only 1.3 kilometers away from the East Building of the National Gallery of Art designed by I.M. Pei. If you have good legs, you can walk all the way to the Lincoln Memorial. The decoration style is simple. The bedroom is not big with a retractable big bed. There is a coffee machine and ice machine on each floor. The breakfast is very rich. You can get $10 back for each room with a credit card

GGuest UserI stayed two nights on a business trip, and overall it was great. The front desk staff is warm and welcoming, and helped me with a few things throughout the stay. The lobby's nothing special - just a desk and a few steps to the elevator, and there's an underlying smell from the gas heat. The rooms themselves are great. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, and I was given a room facing the back of the hotel so it was very quiet (I'll always choose quiet over view). There's a Welcome Hour every evening from 5-6 where you can get a glass of wine/beer or cocktail for free, which is a nice touch, and there are water refill (still or sparkling!) and ice stations on every floor. Overall, it was a great stay.

GGuest UserThe decoration looks like an old-fashioned hotel, so the facilities are a little bit worse. But the room is big enough, the health is good, there is a coffee machine, and the customer service staff are also very polite.

GGuest UserThe first room had a very noisy fan. I was moved to another room which was much quieter. I noticed that there were several small issues with the room and relayed them to the front desk, where a manager (Keith) overheard me and said he would look into it. Nothing happened to correct it during the entire stay, not a note to say how or if it would be corrected. The issue was a ring of paint or epoxy in the bathtub, something that should have been cleaned up at the time of painting.
The second issue was the very poor arrangement of lighting in the room. Lamps were confined to small areas, there was no overhead light and the bathroom was either overlit or underlit, while the closet area was dark unless it was daylight. Afterwards I noticed that there large holes in the sheer curtains in the room. Not tragic, but not in keeping with the tenor and tone of a Marriott Bonvoy.
In the lobby there was only an ADA service elevator to go from the street to the lobby level. It was self operated, no instructions, no indication lights on either level and a bit noisy.

GGuest UserGuest rooms are very spacious. Location is great: walking distance to Georgetown and five minutes to the DuPont Circle Red Line station. Check in and check out were fast. The fitness center equipment was upgraded during my visit. The pool was, however, closed for the duration.
Staff were friendly. The business center’s printer’s toner needed to be replaced but wasn’t during my visit but front desk staff helped me with printing. Housekeeping staff are nice but sometimes maybe too busy and can forget to replenish everything, such as paper cups for the coffee machines.
Generally very good value hotel.

IIainThis was such a great discovery. Within easy walking distance of Union Station and Capitol Hill, I arrived after midnight, but the 24 hour concierge was on hand to welcome me, and quickly assist when I realised I was missing an email with door entry codes (resolved with one phone call to a 24/7 support line.) The suite itself was vast, light and airy, spotlessly clean and well equipped with mostly brand new cooking utensils, silverware, etc. All you could need from the kitchen, and a relaxing lounge area. The roof of the building boasts a pool large enough to do lengths, and the gym, shared with the Marriott Hotel next door was enormous, and well equipped with fully functioning equipment - rarely occupied by more that 6-8 others when I used it. Several local supermarkets are within 5 mins walk, and the receptionist was more than happy to let me leave my bag for the day after checkout and work from their relaxing lobby space.
