Amazing
GGuest UserGood location from airport and to Disney. Does advertise a free shuttle service to Disney but this was only going to Disney for most of my trip, not the return back, which was a bit disappointing as this cost more money in taxis. First two nights staying in the room the heating only blew out cold air, was offered to switch rooms but had 2 kids asleep in there so this wouldn't have worked. Maintenance came in on the 3rd day to fix the issue.
Found a small cockroach in the morning one morning, put a glass over it and the cleaner did get rid of it for when I came back into the room.
Overall good hotel
LLanting(Alice)The hotel boasts comprehensive facilities, is clean and hygienic, has a beautiful environment with a strong artistic atmosphere, and offers warm and attentive service. I stayed in a lake-view room with a balcony; the view from the window was stunning, with lush trees and emerald green lake water, perfect for a stroll. The hotel's beautiful environment is ideal for travelers looking to relax and unwind.
HHIROSHIStayed for 3 nights with my family. The hotel room and restaurant were very clean and comfortable.
There is a pool where children can play, and the sea is right in front of you, so the location was great.
GGuest UserWe came to meet our physician & surgeon who was also at the Renaissance. Service in all areas EXCEPT check in/out was exceptional. When the staff for check in would answer phones before taking care of lines of customers, there is something wrong. There was one service person who was very very good. Her name was Mechenzie. She was fast and accurate. A necessity with impatient customers and long lines of them.
YYangyong DanielOverall, it was decent. The showerhead in the bathroom couldn't adjust the spray pattern, likely due to a lack of timely maintenance or replacement. My colleague's room faced the highway and was a bit noisy, but my room overlooked the pool, so I didn't have any noise issues.
AanderssssThe hotel rooms are relatively new and exceptionally clean and new. Windows cannot be opened, but there is central air conditioning. It's very convenient to get to Disneyland; it's a 15-minute drive or a 30-minute bus ride, although waiting for the bus can be quite long, so driving is the best option. Valet parking at the hotel is also very convenient and inexpensive.
GGuest UserWe had an event at the neighboring convention centre so the location was excellent, just 2 mins walk with direct access to its doors. Service was great, and the room was clean and well serviced daily. The hotel restaurants serve until late night with kids eating free so overall it was a great experience. Excellent choice whether you are attending a conference or visiting disney.
LLeung tinGreat value for money! 👍🏻 The place was spotless, and the kids absolutely loved playing in the water. We really appreciated the spacious room and the bathroom's separate wet and dry areas. We originally booked for three days but liked it so much that we extended our stay. There are also plenty of restaurant choices nearby, all within a five-minute walk.
GGuest UserVery good hotel, newly renovated. Excellent location to areas around Orange. Convenient if you are heading westward. 10-15 mins to good food area and 3min to outlet. Parking is very expensive at 35usd
GGuest UserThe room's beautiful layout and interior design made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The amenities, such as the gym, were also well-maintained and enjoyable to use. When the in-room coffee maker wasn't working, I requested hot water from the restaurant, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. A minor drawback was that the microwave was located inside the cafe, making it inaccessible during the evening hours when the cafe was closed. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed to find some dust on the hairdryer and a bug in the room.
