"It was better than I thought ㅋㅋㅋ I've been to hostels often, so this isn't bad..? I don't know if it's because I went to Disneyland during the off-season, but considering it's a hostel, having one bathroom per room was enough, the location was really, really good, the price was cheap, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided, and although it's embarrassing to call it breakfast, there were quite a few free snacks, and the room had a fridge and a microwave. The only downside was that I have a dust mite allergy, so I wore shoes in the room and my allergies flared up, so it was a bit difficult... If you're looking for a hostel, this is perfect. It's okay. The bus stop is right in front of you ㅋㅋ"

GGuest UserLocation is great. Parking is nice. Front dest staff are super friendly. Steak salad is great. They Give you 8oz of steak, which is more than most restaurants give you for a steak dinner. The cilantro lime dressing is fantastic. Restaurant staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

YYangyong DanielOverall, it was decent. The showerhead in the bathroom couldn't adjust the spray pattern, likely due to a lack of timely maintenance or replacement. My colleague's room faced the highway and was a bit noisy, but my room overlooked the pool, so I didn't have any noise issues.

GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort and it was the perfect choice for our family Disneyland vacation. The location is incredibly convenient — just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. No need for shuttles or expensive parking; we could easily head to the parks in the morning and come back for a quick rest whenever we wanted. The hotel offers 24/7 customer service, which was a real lifesaver after long days at the theme parks. Whether we needed extra towels, help with directions, or late-night recommendations, the staff was always available and responsive. Speaking of service, the overall staff was friendly, helpful, and professional — they truly made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. One small suggestion for improvement: while breakfast is available, I wish there were even more variety and options for breakfast choices. A wider selection of international dishes, healthier alternatives, or more customizable stations would make the morning meal even better, especially for families with different preferences. Overall, the rooms were comfortable, the pool area was relaxing, and the hotel has a nice, modern vibe after recent updates. If you’re looking for a convenient, well-serviced hotel close to Disneyland, I would definitely recommend the Sheraton Park Hotel at Anaheim Resort. Great for making the most of your Disney trip!

GGuest UserFood from the hotel restaurant was gross. There were no plates, bowls, silverware in the room with a kitchenette.  The Keurig didnt work on our second day. The outdoor jacuzzi was warm but the bubbles were broken.  Parking was over-priced.  Cable tv only. The staff was pleasant. The room was clean, including the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The slides by the pool were fun for my daughter.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is pretty good; it's a ten-minute walk to the nearby outlet mall. There's also a bus stop right outside that goes directly to Disney, which is very convenient. The cookies the hotel gave us at check-in were delicious.

GGuest UserThe room's beautiful layout and interior design made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The amenities, such as the gym, were also well-maintained and enjoyable to use. When the in-room coffee maker wasn't working, I requested hot water from the restaurant, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful, which I greatly appreciated. A minor drawback was that the microwave was located inside the cafe, making it inaccessible during the evening hours when the cafe was closed. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed to find some dust on the hairdryer and a bug in the room.

KkaepinHighly recommended for a Disney trip in Anaheim! I think this is one of the best hotels to stay at when visiting Disneyland in Anaheim. The room was very clean, the bathroom was easy to use, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The front desk staff were all very kind and welcoming. I’ve stayed here three times, and so far I’ve never had a negative experience with the staff. One thing to note is that there is a fee to use the microwave. Also, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the park, so it may not be ideal for those who don’t like walking. However, I personally recommend walking because there are large drugstores like CVS along the way, which is very convenient for buying food and other essentials.

AAnonymous UserHas a direct shuttle bus to Disneyland Anaheim, around 2 stops. Overall was a good experience. Place felt safe as well, the bus stop to Disneyland was within the compound so it felt a lot safer. The hotel after this busstop had homeless people sleeping on the benches.
