YYangyong DanielOverall, it was decent. The showerhead in the bathroom couldn't adjust the spray pattern, likely due to a lack of timely maintenance or replacement. My colleague's room faced the highway and was a bit noisy, but my room overlooked the pool, so I didn't have any noise issues.

GGuest UserLocation is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort and it was the perfect choice for our family Disneyland vacation. The location is incredibly convenient — just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. No need for shuttles or expensive parking; we could easily head to the parks in the morning and come back for a quick rest whenever we wanted. The hotel offers 24/7 customer service, which was a real lifesaver after long days at the theme parks. Whether we needed extra towels, help with directions, or late-night recommendations, the staff was always available and responsive. Speaking of service, the overall staff was friendly, helpful, and professional — they truly made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. One small suggestion for improvement: while breakfast is available, I wish there were even more variety and options for breakfast choices. A wider selection of international dishes, healthier alternatives, or more customizable stations would make the morning meal even better, especially for families with different preferences. Overall, the rooms were comfortable, the pool area was relaxing, and the hotel has a nice, modern vibe after recent updates. If you’re looking for a convenient, well-serviced hotel close to Disneyland, I would definitely recommend the Sheraton Park Hotel at Anaheim Resort. Great for making the most of your Disney trip!

GGuest UserWe had a great overall stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel. The location was excellent and convenient to everything we needed. The room was a good size with plenty of space to relax. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the couch was cozy, which made our stay more enjoyable. However, we did find a roach in the room, which was definitely concerning. Even though it was just one that we saw, it’s never something you expect or want to encounter during a hotel stay. Cleanliness is important, and I hope management takes additional pest control measures to prevent this from happening again. The internet also did not work on the first day and wasn’t up and running until the following night, which was inconvenient. The ice room was very sketchy and did not seem well-maintained, and the microwave in was not working properly and appeared a bit dirty. These smaller maintenance issues added up and made the stay less comfortable than it could have been. Unfortunately, we have not yet received our damage deposit back, which has been disappointing. We are hoping this will be resolved promptly. I would also recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner, as the ones provided left our hair feeling very dry. Overall, it was a good stay with a few things that could definitely be improved

AAnonymous UserThe staff were very friendly. I took the Amtrak train and arrived at the hotel in the morning. I was able to check in around 10 a.m. and felt so happy. The hotel is located close to Disneyland. The room was clean and spacious, with a soft bed and great amenities. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay.

DDel ShengThe motel on the highway side of the road is noisy and the room facilities are very general, so it is cheaper. The size of the room is OK, the problem of resting for one night is not big, and the requirements are high to give up as soon as possible.

GGuest UserI took 2 granddaughters to Disneyland. My budget is limited so Queens Inn was perfect for the price. The only thing is, it has 2 stories & if you are on the bottom floor people seem to make alot of noise above you, like kids running up & down or adults stomping across the room. The girls went into the pool once because apparently it was too cold. There is a Denny's across the road & opposite that is a small market/grocery store where if you buy 1 of those gallon water bottles then you can refill for 25 cents. There is no breakfast at this hotel but I bought a big box of cereal each from home & bought a 4 pack of bowls from K mart for $2 & breakfast was done. Outside Denny's is a bus stop but download the ART bus app. I paid $48usd for the 3 of us for 3 days & it saved our legs especially when done in Disney. There are also 2 Service stations with Orca right next door & the other across from that. There is a wonderful new laundromat next door as well. Overall our stay was nice & front desk people were helpful. I would stay there again even though I usually stay more in the vicinity of Disneyland Park. There is also lots of eateries around & a 20 minute walk up the road to Target which sells not only clothes but groceries & fresh fruit & Veg as well.

LLaurent ZhengTransition hotel, very recommended, the price is too high. 5 minutes drive from the airport, inform the flight in advance, 11 o'clock to pick up the plane on time, very convenient. Hotel room facilities are basically the same as domestic home, very clean, no disposable toothbrush, remember to bring your own. Breakfast is very good, the top floor infinity pool is also very good, think about 200/yuan one night hotel, domestic should not find such a supporting facilities, suitable for the first day and the last day of transition, close your eyes

MMarlaMe and my husband were actually very shocked at how this room looked. Considering it's location , Anaheim Hills. The bathroom faucet is broken , it moves when you turn it on. The kleenex holder has no kleenex and its rusty. The lights needed new light bulbs. So it was very dark in the room. None of the ice machines were working. And when I told the girl , she said nothing to me, like she didn't care. Then I asked for hand towels , wash cloth and 1 more bath towel and the maid said no, they didn't do the laundry, so me and my husbandp had no wash clothes to wash our face, nor dry our hands. Then complimentary coffee in the morning, I was looking forward to,. Never .existed. she told me I had to pay her 4.00 for a cup of black coffee!!! The refrigerator in our room was broken, the door of it was held together with tape!! How could a lovely town have such a scummy hotel!!!? Why don't you fix things that break , gave ice for your customers, and towels!! Towels are pretty darn important!! Don't lie about complimentary coffee and then try to sell it for 4.00 a cup. Alot needs to be fixed on this hotel. It's hideous, and could be so nice if you just tweak a little bit of things. . I'm sorry but 1 star, I need towels when I get out of a shower. I need ice too, and coffee would be greatly appreciated.
