"Mixed experience — convenient location, but not worth the price. My experience at the Knott’s Berry Farm Hotel was mixed. The location was very convenient for visiting the park, and the staff were friendly and pleasant. However, there were several issues that made the stay disappointing overall. I specifically requested a quiet room, but unfortunately, the room was not very quiet. The hotel is located close to a roller coaster, so there was some park-related noise, but the bigger issue was noise coming from the adjoining room. The noise continued well after midnight, lasting until around 2–3 a.m., which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. I also felt that the room could have been cleaner (I assume the previous guests acrylic nails were found near the entryway) and would have benefited from more thorough housekeeping. Given the price of the stay, I expected a higher level of cleanliness and comfort. While the convenient location and friendly staff were positives, I ultimately did not feel that the hotel provided good value for the price. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again."

"The hotel is newly renovated, the rooms are relatively new, and it is very close to the beach. The lobby is on the fifth floor, and the restaurant and swimming pool are downstairs, very close to the beach. Parking is done by the brother, and the parking fee is 65 US dollars per night. The sofa in the king-size bed room can be opened as a small double bed, which is especially convenient for people with children. It is very practical and free of charge. The food is healthy and delicious. The restaurant needs to make an appointment and wait for a seat on weekends. It is a great hotel for watching the sunset. The sea view room is great and the service is very good. The sound of the waves is relatively loud, and I am worried that I can't sleep, but it seems to help sleep. Overall, it is a very good hotel. The hotel costs more than 100 US dollars for two people to eat, which is about 1,000 RMB."

The room was spacious and clean, and although there was no bathtub, the fact that the shower head could be removed was a big plus. The included breakfast was also very nice. "There were live and dead ants everywhere, including on the bed. When I asked to change rooms, they did, but then told me the breakfast service would be unavailable for the new room. Given the lack of cleanliness, I was okay with that. Even in the new room, I still saw a few ants. If you're bothered by this, I'd advise against staying here. They had a shuttle, but capacity was limited, so I only got to use it once during my four-day stay. Disneyland is about a 20-minute walk, which isn't an unreasonable distance."
