The hotel is a new hotel, so there is no star. But it’s very nice! The room is big, clean and wash supplies is good. When we check in, they send us two snacks for us! The location is a little bit far from central, but the hotel is nice and the price is worth!

didn’t know I had booked for 1 adult but had 2 of us. The room could fit 4 people, but the guy still insisted on charging extra for the one person So if one person can pay $90 for a room that can fit 4 people, then for 2 people I must top up additional $50? Doesn’t make sense. Anyway the thermal pools are dirty, yellowish, you can feel the sand at the bottom. The handlebar to the steps are broken. Maybe I am comparing with my experience in Japan so this definitely doesn’t match up.
