Very decent hotel and close to the Pammukale cotton candy. Every room has a private balcony. Complementary breakfast is good. There's a swimming pool that's well maintained. Late check ins were easy and comfortable. Can see hot air balloons flying just from the room balcony. Recommend stay.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The lobby and restaurant are decorated with modern walls and wooden frame glass doors, which are quite beautiful. The staff are polite, friendly and service-minded. The room also has a small balcony, which makes it very bright. The downside is that there is no elevator, but the staff helped with the luggage when I checked in. When I checked out, I moved by myself, but since I was a boy and had to go downstairs, I didn't find it too troublesome. The breakfast is not very rich, but worth the price.

As a result, at 8 am we had breakfast with an excellent view (Turkish) and immediately checked out the room (you can leave your suitcases if necessary), at 8.20 we were already at the entrance to Pamukkale lower, returned around 11, swam in the pool (cool despite the temperature being under 40) and off we went, they gave us some cool water and a free magnet to catch up. There is a restaurant integrated with the hotel, I also recommend it - it’s delicious, the view is good and the price is ok. Well, maybe the hookah isn't very good

The place is cozy and honey. I love the breakfast and the cats... The garden ambience is peaceful. The hotel offers cheaper paragliding or other tours that i wish i book through them.

This is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.

Before the massage, the staff was friendly and promised a lot of good things, but afterwards the agreed amount suddenly turned out to be higher. In addition, I had to pay cash because the owner said he had to pay his staff immediately. I found this very unpleasant. The attitude of the owner after the massage was unprofessional and annoying, which really ruined my experience. Too bad, because otherwise the hotel was good.

Would you like my honest opinion? My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!) Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other! Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages ​​stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?! The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow. We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed. I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum. And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.

My wife, our one-year-old, and I were headed to Pamukkale, but we heard the thermal springs there weren't very hot, so we were recommended this place instead. The hotel has its own thermal spring right in the center, and the surroundings are wonderfully peaceful and quiet. There's a clean swimming pool and various types of baths. The buffet restaurant at dinner surprised us with some delicious fish. All in all, we were really happy with the value for money.
