Amazing
GGuest UserThe owner and their family were incredibly kind! The owner even gave me a ride, which made getting to Pamukkale so much easier. I thought I'd miss breakfast due to an early departure, but they packed it up for me, and I enjoyed a hearty meal on my way back. The guesthouse's location is also great, very close to Pamukkale, offering good accessibility. My only minor complaint is that the soundproofing isn't the best, but it wasn't a major issue, and it was quiet enough at night for me to sleep comfortably. The sink is a bit small for washing your face, but even considering these small points, it was a wonderful and warm place to stay.
XxiaocongThis was the best hotel I stayed in during my 10-day trip to Turkey. The decor and management were somewhat chain-style. It was incredibly comfortable, even with the morning chanting. The price was reasonable, and the shower was incredibly refreshing and powerful, like taking a bath in a spa. The room looked exactly like the pictures. I forgot to take a picture.
The staff was also very friendly. The included Mediterranean breakfast was very good and healthy.
The temple and Pamukkale are located together. I recommend driving to the temple visitor center. Parking for cars is 120 lira. Visit the temple first, then Pamukkale and enjoy a foot bath. The entrance fee is 30 euros.
RRchiI would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Pamukkale. The rooms are very clean. Especially the bathroom. It has an outdoor pool and is very clean. This hotel is very close to the entrance to the Pamukkale park. Just walk for 3 minutes. There are many small shops and restaurants around, so if you need something, you can go out and get it. I would like to thank the staff for being very friendly.
BBON970The hotel is a family business.
The boss is a bit serious and not as friendly as the two nephews.
Yesterday, I paid 208 first, and found 4 air conditioner units outside the window when I entered the room.
The boss said that all the twin rooms were full.
There were only king-size rooms facing the pool.
Then I was given 101 family room, and we used the twin room.
When I picked up the car in the morning, I found 8 air conditioners outside the window.
If the glass was not soundproof, I think the boss is a bit mean.
The breakfast looked full on the L-shaped table, but it was mainly vegetables and cheese.
I could only eat biscuits to fill my stomach.
Dinner was not a choice, so I had to settle at the hotel.
A plate of mixed grill + a plate of baked vegetables for 1050 lira.
What did I order in the comments that it was cheap?
The main building has an elevator, the bath water is good, and the dog is very cute.
To be honest
GGuest UserLocation.is undoubtedly the one of the best ones in Pamukkale.
This place is great for people who come to Pamukklae just for one night and get to Pamukkale the other day early morning as it is just 3 minutes walking distance away from the entrance.
Staff there are 500% nice, helpful and very kind enough to let us checkout later and help us find a local tour guide and driver for a Denizli local tour. A perfect stay!
NNikita_ShA very pleasant, fresh aparthotel in Pamukkale.
A magnificent, huge room, beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds, chairs, and a sofa.
The windows offer panoramic views of the travertines, and early in the morning, we were even lucky enough to see hot air balloons flying nearby – simply amazing!
Breakfast is traditional Turkish, delicious, and filling.
And I'd also like to especially mention the wonderful, responsive host – he helped us with everything, offered advice, and was overall extremely welcoming.
GGuest UserThis is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.
SSebastianThe staff/owners are very reserved and not particularly friendly, which may be due to the culture. However, all services are very obliging and excellent. For example, abandoned rooms were cleaned well before the agreed time so that waiting guests could check in as early as possible. As far as I could see, all rooms on the ground floor had chairs and tables on the terrace or balcony so that I could also sit outside the door. This meant that I could also work comfortably on my laptop in the sun with the good and stable WIFI. I particularly liked the very hot shower, which always smelled somehow fresh (thanks for that), extra shampoo and shower gel, air conditioning and not to forget even a pool. All things that I don't necessarily expect in this price range. Within walking distance of the only attraction in Pamukkale, the hotel is perfect. I would spend my three days there again at any time.
GGuest UserWould you like my honest opinion?
My first negative impression was upon checking in at the front desk. The manager was very surprised that we had arrived with our pet, a 3 kg Yorkshire Terrier. He spent a long time on the phone and was very unhappy when he was told over the phone that we could check in with our pet. However, both the hotel's website and trip.com state that pets are allowed! I specifically chose this hotel! I don't understand how the receptionist could be unaware of such important information and make guests worry. (After all, if he hadn't allowed us to check in, we would have had to find a new hotel immediately!)
Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other!
Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?!
The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow.
We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed.
I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum.
And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.
