Venus Suite Hotel ★★★★
" the location of this hotel is a very good it locates at the center of the town and it’s very close to all the scenery around. But if we want to go to Pakala, we take a taxi for 300 lira. "
Ozturk Hotel ★★★
"We need hotel to sleep 1 night. Have to switch fridge off in the room - otherwise quiet."
Bellamaritimo Hotel ★★
"Perfect location. Walking distance to mini van shuttle, entrance gate of Traverstine/Hierapolis. Easy to find minimarket or restaurants around. The staff and the boss so friendly and helpfull. Dinner and complimentary breakfast excelent. Highly recommended."
Anya Resort Hotel ★★★★
"Resort is perfectly placed for a visit to the calcium pools. Just be mindful that while guides might show they open at 6.30am in the summer this is not correct. They open at 8am. The resort staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. Food was good. Great breakfast selection."
Sunrise Aya Hotel ★★★
"This accommodation has a swimming pool and a nice environment. However, the bathroom facilities are rather outdated."
Pamukkale Whiteheaven Suite Hotel ★★★★
"My stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal. The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience. Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options. During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure. In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale."
paradise ★★★
"Nice location Close to Pamukkale Traventines, Parking nearby and spacious."
Göreme Sakura ★★★
"Quite a decent hotel for a one-night stay, not far from the Pamukkale entrance. It has a small pool that's open until 10 PM. There's parking available and working Wi-Fi. They serve a "Turkish breakfast." And all of this for a very reasonable price. The only downsides are the TV with no signal and a rather noisy air conditioner."
Aspawa Hotel ★★
"The owner was very kind and helpful. I arrived early, and he immediately arranged an early check-in without extra fees. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. He also gave us a free ride up to the southern entrance of Pamukkale and the Hierapolis. I would definitely recommend solo travellers to come here."

Hierapark Thermal & SPA Hotel
"Spa is a bit expensive, but everything else is good"
Ramada Resort by Wyndham Pamukkale Thermal
"It's outrageous, really outrageous... A needle fell from the bath towel in the room! I've stayed in so many hotels and I've never seen this! How can a plate for the breakfast buffet be so dirty? Just find a place to sit down, and the tableware is too dirty. The most amazing thing is that when I checked out, I told the front desk about these two things and the compensation given by the front desk was to ask if I wanted to drink coffee or tea... I was about to leave the hotel and had no time to drink, so the compensation given to me was two bottles of mineral water... I was so angry that I laughed"
Tripolis Hotel
"I want to begin saying that i did not choose this hotel as it was chosen by our travel agency. Let me start with the positive: the hotel has a beautiful view of hierapolis and the travertino pools, it is very big and has a nice outdoor pool, rooms are clean and staff is very friendly and efficient. Ok now the not so good: Hotel needs a renovation, rooms only have single beds, so for me and my husband they only moved the night table and put the beds together. The alleged pool with the water from the hierapolis is cold and looks like a regular pool, there is nothing special about it, the gym (if it even qualifies as a gym) has very limited equipment, restaurant is massive and i am sure it caters to many groups, so food is very average though lots of choices. Rooms have air conditioning which is a plus, though don't expect shampoo or good towels. We had a good time, but dont expect luxury."
Spa Hotel Colossae Thermal
"The facilities are outdated and the main business is catering to tour groups."
Venus Hotel
"We booked the hotel for pamukkale. We take shuttle bus from airport directly to hotel. The room is amazing! Clean and new The reception is very helpful and friendly We missed the breakfast but we tried the set meal at dinner time. The food in restaurant is very nice with low price. You can ask staffs to help you call taxi to airport and pamukkale if out of service hour"
Anatolia Hotel
"Not our favourite hotel in Turkey. The room was basic, and most things looked a bit tattered. It smelt overpoweringly of disinfectant when we arrived, but nothing compared to the smell of the drain when we tried to brush our teeth. There was no shower curtain, and no hook for the shower head, so we had to shower with hand hand holding the shower head. I guess you get what you pay for."
Naturalis Pamukkale Otel
"Newly built hotel with a pool. The pool is actually great as it is so hot during the day. Rooms were spacious and clean, as advertised. Linen and towels were also clean and new. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is close to the main tourist sites. Would definitely book again if I stayed in Pamukkale. Suggest starting at South Gate first (300 lira taxi from the hotel) as it is easier to walk down the travertines rather than up. Go as early as possible as it gets very hot during the day and can make it difficult to see everything on foot, especially for an older person, otherwise pay for the buggy and they will drive you around."
Melrose House Hotel
"The breakfast in the guesthouse run by farmers is not tasty. There is a restaurant in the local area, TIKIR GRILL HOUSE, which is really nice and the food is delicious. The price is also very affordable."
Tikir House
"A very pleasant, fresh aparthotel in Pamukkale. A magnificent, huge room, beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds, chairs, and a sofa. The windows offer panoramic views of the travertines, and early in the morning, we were even lucky enough to see hot air balloons flying nearby – simply amazing! Breakfast is traditional Turkish, delicious, and filling. And I'd also like to especially mention the wonderful, responsive host – he helped us with everything, offered advice, and was overall extremely welcoming."
ADEMPİRA Termal&Spahotel
"It was my worst experience eversince I started travelling I wont ever recommend anyone at all"
Herakles Thermal Hotel
"As always, I had a great and therapeutic stay at Herakles. After receiving 2 rounds of PRP injections for a 30 year ongoing knee issue, it was so great to be able to stay and receive daily personalized knee therapy treatments here. Many came simply to enjoy a relaxing stay with family. It's location near the amazing travertines of Pamukkale makes it a common rest point for tourists from all over Europe. The prices are extremely reasonable and all in included except medical treatments which are available at an additional cost. The food is wonderful, healthy and plentiful and the staff is kind and attentive. I highly recommend this thermal hotel."
Mucize Termal Spa
"We had very pleasant stay at Mucize Thermal Spa and found it excellent in services, facilities and location."
Park Dedeman Denizli
"All was very good, service and facility was perfect. Price performance is 10 out of 10"
Akapella
"The owner is a local beauty. We don't speak Turkish, but she actively and enthusiastically communicated with us using Google Translate and answered our questions. The breakfast was also great. The route recommended by the boss was very reasonable. We took a minibus to enter from the north gate and exit from the middle gate without going back the way we came. The hotel is very close to Zhongmen."
Hotel Dort Mevsim
Pamukkale Termal Ece Otel
"It's a fairly standard hotel, and it's not easy to find accommodation of this standard near Pamukkale. It's quite good, and the facilities are complete."
