"The hotel is a family business.
The boss is a bit serious and not as friendly as the two nephews.
Yesterday, I paid 208 first, and found 4 air conditioner units outside the window when I entered the room.
The boss said that all the twin rooms were full.
There were only king-size rooms facing the pool.
Then I was given 101 family room, and we used the twin room.
When I picked up the car in the morning, I found 8 air conditioners outside the window.
If the glass was not soundproof, I think the boss is a bit mean.
The breakfast looked full on the L-shaped table, but it was mainly vegetables and cheese.
I could only eat biscuits to fill my stomach.
Dinner was not a choice, so I had to settle at the hotel.
A plate of mixed grill + a plate of baked vegetables for 1050 lira.
What did I order in the comments that it was cheap?
The main building has an elevator, the bath water is good, and the dog is very cute.

"The hotel was good with variety of food for breakfast. Very close to Pamukkale so it was a great location. Closed many restaurants.
For the service, I personally think that the staffs were not so helpful compared to many hotels that we visited in the same trip. The price was also higher than other places. At least they could have ask if they could help with the luggage and led us to the room but they didn’t. Overall was just okay for me."

The room is old but clean and the front desk staff is very friendly. It’s just that the Wi-Fi is very poor, and you can basically only use your own data network to access the Internet. It is a good choice if your budget is not high."

"The room was generally OK, the bathroom facilities were average, and the shower was not very convenient. I don't know if the check-in receptionist was the boss, he was quite serious and not very enthusiastic, but the waiter at breakfast was quite good. The hotel is in a good location, opposite Pamukkale, not far from the entrance to the middle gate of Pamukkale (it should be noted that the middle gate opens at about 8:30 and closes at about 8 or 9 pm)."

JJIEMINGThe location of the hotel is easy to find. It’s not far from the attractions and there is a parking lot. The hotel has traditional Turkish hot spring massage and Turkish traditional bath. The ceiling of the bed is a mirror design. It’s really a bit of trouble to sleep at night. The bathroom in the room is clean or a relatively OK choice.

NNeol TooMy stay at Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel was nothing short of wonderful! The staff set the tone with a warm welcome, offering refreshing drinks and fruits upon our arrival. Despite our late check-in, they went above and beyond, even offering to send us to a nearby restaurant for a delightful evening meal.
The receptionist, a knowledgeable older gentleman, became our guide to the area, generously sharing insights about the local culture and the do's and don'ts. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a family suite, enhancing our overall experience.
Given the advice about tap water, the hotel took extra care to provide us with an abundance of bottled drinking water, completely free of charge. The attention to detail continued with a breakfast that exceeded expectations, offering a variety of delicious options.
During check-out, the staff demonstrated their commitment to excellent service once again. They not only assisted in booking a taxi but also gifted us a lovely souvenir—a Pamukkale magnet—a thoughtful touch that added a special touch to our departure.
In summary, Pamukkale WhiteHeaven Suite Hotel surpassed my expectations with its friendly staff, generous amenities, and a commitment to making every guest feel valued. I highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional and memorable stay in Pamukkale.

JJianhuiThe hotel is a new hotel, so there is no star. But it’s very nice! The room is big, clean and wash supplies is good. When we check in, they send us two snacks for us! The location is a little bit far from central, but the hotel is nice and the price is worth!

2205708****This is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.

The rooms are not new, but the main thing is that the hotel is located on the edge of the village, and you have magnificent views of the valley with its sunsets. The hotel is all green and birds are constantly singing.
We stayed for 2 nights, there is nothing else to do there, unless of course you are a fan of relaxing by the pool in the mountains.

UURVdazhanguandaoStaying at the Wyndham Ramada Spa Resort was such a wise decision! Just a 10-minute drive from Pamukkale, you can soak in the pristine hot springs during the day and relax at the hotel in the evening – time-saving and delightful.
The hotel is spacious and comfortable, with brightly lit rooms and balconies offering distant mountain views. The facilities are superb, especially the swimming pool, where the turquoise waters frame the lush greenery, making for a truly relaxing swim.
The biggest surprise was the included breakfast and dinner! Breakfast offered a complete selection of Western and Chinese dishes, with fresh fruit and freshly made pastries; dinner was even more sumptuous, featuring a rotation of local specialties and gourmet dishes, all made with fresh, authentic ingredients, and even the desserts were unforgettable.
The service was also attentive and smooth from check-in to check-out. With such value, it's the perfect choice for your Pamukkale trip, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!
