Very decent hotel and close to the Pammukale cotton candy. Every room has a private balcony. Complementary breakfast is good. There's a swimming pool that's well maintained. Late check ins were easy and comfortable. Can see hot air balloons flying just from the room balcony. Recommend stay.

It's too far from the ruins of Troy, there's no village in front and no shop behind, and you can't even finish your meal after three bowls! There is no public transportation, and taxis need to be called from shops in the city. It is very expensive to go anywhere, 600 lira! If you have a car, it doesn’t matter! You can live downtown and take the bus to Troy and the return bus! The hotel environment is simple and average! If you want to see the sea at your doorstep, go to the Canakkale Beach Hotel, it’s more beautiful!

I'm a traveler from Japan. The location, room size, and cleanliness were all excellent. I was especially impressed by how friendly the staff were. I would especially recommend this hotel for those who are worried about language skills. Each room also has a hot spring, which is a must-see for Japanese people. You'll also be amazed by the taste and quantity of the breakfast. I think it would be a shame to just visit this place as a day trip. I recommend Karahayit even compared to Pamukkale Village. Second, we booked twin rooms—that means there should be a door between the rooms, not two standard rooms next to each other! Third, I can say about the food—it's available, it's safe, and it's delicious—but that's debatable. For breakfast, you can have an omelet or scrambled eggs prepared by a sous-vide. Fourth, I was surprised by the tea in the lobby, where a sign in three languages ​​stated that tea was paid for, but no one paid for it—what's the point of that sign?! The beds are quite comfortable, but the mattress is a bit hard for my taste, and the beds are narrow. We were given attic rooms, and at 173 cm tall, I kept brushing the ceiling when approaching the bed. I also arrived in a Tesla, which also influenced my choice of hotel. As a result, there was only one very slow charger, and there was a queue for it. I ended up charging at a neighboring hotel, which has four fast chargers and two slow ones. Overall, it's bearable for two days, but for me, five stars is too much for this hotel; four stars is the maximum. And there's practically no parking at the hotel; all cars park on the street in front of the hotel.

Positive review: The room was clean, and the breakfast and dinner were plentiful. Negative review: When I went to the hot spring, they asked where I was from. If I said China, they demanded I buy a swimming cap for 100 lira, otherwise they wouldn't let me in. But I saw many foreigners weren't wearing swimming caps. It was strange; it was discriminatory treatment.

We stayed 2 nights as 4 adults and 1 child in the family room of the hotel. Location 5 minutes from Pamukkale traverters. But the room we stayed was very cold, the room was very cold, the air conditioning was very cold, the smell of lagam came from the toilet and this smell was very disturbing, and the toilet had no bathroom. Also there was a hot water problem. I recommend more for a night of accommodation, only for sleep. Not very suitable for long-term locks.
